We very much enjoyed our stay! Beautiful chalet. The pool and jacuzzi were very well appreciated by the kids. Very nice area to sit outside. Kitchen well equipped Excellent accommodation for a large family !

While we enjoyed our family stay at the house, there were a few issues that came up (e.g., sink didn’t drain well, clogged toilet) and when we reached out to the owner, we did not get a reply for a few days and the sink was not dealt with. We liked the amenities (pool table, poker table), but found the outdoor grounds unkept (we found a nail in the floor).

This property had it all. Wonderful stay with family and friends and enough space to accommodate the different families. Would recommend.

Great family get away

I reserved this chalet for 3 nights for a family get together for the first time since covid started. We had a wonderful time and the management was provided excellent service and support.

We had a lovely time at this chalet with our adult children and one baby grandchild. Nine adults had plenty of room to spread out but also share meals at the dining table. Loads of dishes, glassware, etc to keep us all well fed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities (pool, sauna, hot tub)! All were clean and in perfect working order when we arrived. The full size pool table and table tennis table were also great. Truly appreciated the professionalism and communication from the host. They responded promptly to all our questions prior to arrival and made every effort to help us with recommendations for the area.Thank you for a wonderful vacation in the Laurentides!

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The place was beautiful - spacious. The rental company responded very fast to all issues raised.I would say 8/10 overall. A few small things would have pushed it to a 10. The hot tub needed to be treated - it was murky when we arrived. To be fair they sent someone within a day once I messaged but would have preferred it be clean and good to go when I arrived. There were also small things - a broken window, a broken light switch plate, issues running out of hot water, and internet that didn’t extend into the games room ( the wifi extender wasn’t operational), along with cobwebs here and there…but overall just little things that detract a tiny bit without being a major problem.As I said I would recommend the place - had a great trip while there and the house itself has tons of room and lots of onsite amenities.

Lieu en pleine nature, paisible et relaxante. L'atmosphère du chalet porte à la convévialité, au partage avec des espaces spacieux d'un cachet spécial et agréable.

Spacious very clean rental

Property was super clean. Comfy furniture and very nice bedrooms. There are some weird design choices, the oddest being 3 showers for 6 bedrooms with two bedrooms being very far from any of the showers. Could use a little more outdoor furniture, but overall a great experience. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
