Our stay at Treasure lake was amazing ! The house was pretty much as it was listed. The hosts did a great gob at communicating and having most everything we needed too make our stay comfortable!

Very comfortable home. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy, and very functional AC. The house is in a quiet section that is a good place to walk. Close to the front gate which is a real time-saver. This is about our 4th stay here which tells you something.

Peace and tranquility

We had a great stay

My wife, two daughters and I stayed here while we visited my sister who lives in Treasure Lake. The property was clean, cozy and we enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed campfires and going to the indoor pool. Thank you!

Great place for a family lake trip

Miranda’s property was great for our family trip to Treasure Lake. The property was well-appointed, and we enjoyed the games, the outdoor firepit, and proximity to the lake and beach. She was a stellar communicator, addressing any questions or concerns immediately.

Christmas lakeside

Great location with nice neighbors! Location is very close to the entry/exit of treasure lake! The house was perfect and we enjoyed the smart tv on the evenings! The appliances were great and convenient.

I cooked omelets and a breakfast casserole. We brewed coffee daily. We used the dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. We watched tv each evening and listened to podcasts during the day. Nicely located near the entrance of treasure lake. Deer stopped by daily and were beautiful. Highly recommend this place/host!

Where the deer and the elk play

The place was very comfortable and great for entertaining. It is also situated in a very quiet location with a view of the lake, and the deer greet you with a smile. This was my first trip since the pandemic, and I chose well.

Friends gather

What a great time we had. Took my fiends to see the elk, then off to the distillery for a tasting. That was fun. We enjoyed a great dinner at Luigi's, then came back and relaxed at the house. What a great house to visit with friends. I like it so much, I'm planning on moving to Treasure Lake in the spring!

Nice vacation home

We were in town visiting family and this was a perfect home base for my husband and I. The home was very clean and check in was super easy. Beds are comfy and there are lots of towels and washcloths. ( some places that we’ve stayed are stingy with these) It’s also close to the front gate which is a huge plus. There are deer everywhere-including on the roads, so be careful. This was our 3rd time staying here, so that says a lot.

Nice home, close to front gate

We have family in the area, and this is our 3rd time staying at this home in Treasure Lake. It’s close to the front gate and that’s an important feature for us. Kitchen is well supplied and spacious. One of the queen beds is very comfy, the other one not so much. We appreciated the starter supplies- paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

Family Reunion in town

We had a family reunion in DuBois. We were lucky to find a place close to the reunion and to have time with our kids together instead of a hotel room. Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to use any of the facilities at Treasure Lake. The house was well stocked and just perfect. Miranda was quick to respond to my questions. Overall an excellent property.

Fun in the Wilds

What a fun 8 day stay. Two friends joined me and several friends from the area that I went to kindergarten with over 65 years ago visited. Elk viewing center, Schwab beer tour, Bilger's rocks, Clearfield County fair, and many good restaurants was the agenda. The bungalow was clean and comfy and a great central point to enjoy all our day trips. I'll be back!!

Second stay here

We returned for another visit to DuBois for a wedding. We stayed here 6 months ago, and found the home clean and comfortable. This time we were able to enjoy the yard and neighborhood more as we had fantastic weather. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with endless possibilities for walks. We enjoyed watching the deer. Treasure Lake is a pretty large development, so we appreciated being close to the front gate because if you are on the far side of the lake, it can easily take you 20 minutes to get to the entrance. We also appreciate that the property is pet-friendly so we could bring our dog with us.

Ioverly cottage

The air-conditioning went out during the hottest days of this year, but the owners got a tech there to fix it and our stay there was very nice. When we didn’t have air-conditioning, we were able to open the windows and let the cool air in in the evening. In the morning we closed up the house tight and it stayed pretty cool even without the air conditioning. The owners were in touch with me the whole time. It’s a lovely cottage with nice open kitchen/play area and comfortable beds. Our grandson enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom.

Helen, we’re so happy you enjoyed your stay! We deeply regret that the central air conditioning unit ended up in need of repair during your stay, but we were relieved to have a tech out first thing the following morning to assess the issue and then fully repaired within 36 hours. Our guests’ comfort and enjoyment are our top priority. We’d love to have you back! UPDATE: Central AC until has now been replaced with a brand new Trane AC unit in 2022! :)

Perfect stay

My parents, husband and I had a great long weekend at this property. The 1 level living made it easy for my parents, who are in their 80s. We came to look for elk and spend time together. The house was as described. Everything we needed/wanted was included. House was clean, nice footprint with 2 bathrooms, large eat in kitchen and family room. We had some issues with the television, we are not adept at streaming but resolved them in order to watch a few football games. Treasure Lake is a very pretty area. We were within close proximity to restaurants, convenience and grocery stores. A doe and her fawn were in the yard each morning. The trees were changing colors, just beautiful. We were able to cook and eat together and we enjoyed our stay very much.
