The location was great, we loved the house being at the end where there was no thru traffic. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and kitchen.Pool was clean and a just right size for my 3 year old grandson (who didn't want to leave it).

Mid week getaway!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was a fun trip to Port A! We were within 5 min of the beach, the store, and restaurants! Fun little place!

Great house

We stay in Port A every year for a family and friends girls trip. This culdesac of houses are our favorite. This was our first stay in Beach Please and it was our favorite house so far!

Beach please is a very comfortable place to stay. Has the cutest decorations all around the house. The beds are extremely clean and comfortable. The house is fully stocked with essentials bath towels, toilet paper, pots and pans utensils you name it they had it. The pool was very comforting and very clean. The exterior of the home is super cute vibrant color. Can’t wait to go here again next year. The house of beach, please are very accommodating and very communicated. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

Listing was very accurate. Great place, many memories maybe and would book property again. No issues, never had to contact home manager, very smooth process.

Family Vacay

I think our overall stay was great. My only complaint would be to have the wifi updated. We couldn't get enough reception to watch the baseball game.

Great Port Aransas Property

4 life long adult friends and I stayed here for our once-every-two-years guys weekend trip. Great location. Beach access only a few blocks away and plenty of good places to eat within a mile. Home itself is fairly new. It's located within a quiet development that share a pool with about 10 other homes. Good parking facilities. Very safe. Home well furnished and equipped. Highly recommend. Would go back anytime it's available.

Super cute house!

House is exactly as pictured and adorable. Very clean. We didn't have great weather for our week but stayed cozy in the house and watched movies and played games. Kitchen could use a few items and if you're looking for outdoor space this isn't for you, but otherwise I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

We loved staying there. Nicely decorated everything was there we needed. We would stay there again.

Great place and location only 8 minute walk to the beach. Very short drive to many restaurants. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

This is our second time staying here we love it perfect for our family of five! Very easy to get to the restaurants, beach, stores, and a great coffee shop close by!

Fine till I was backcharged $ 50.00

The property was nice however two TV's didn't work. We had to buy batteries to get one of the other TV's to work. Then we were backcharged cause one little star in the tick tac toe had a leg broken even though there were others broken. We did forget one small trash can in the master bath. We were also accused of having spaghetti sauce everywhere when we didn't even eat spaghetti while there. We only cooked breakfast and ate sandwiches at lunch. Just that will keep me from renting this house again. I thought it was pretty petty when we paid as much as we did for the house and rented it for 4 nights. I would have been grateful for the rental and not charged the petty amount to the client.

Hi Marsha Thank you for the review. Your group was unfortunately very rough on the property. Some items were broken and you left quite a mess for us to clean up. We were actually being very kind and could have charged you quite a bit more. We did send you photos of all this. We have literally 1000s of reservations per year combined at our properties and only charge a handful of guests per year for things like this. In the future, please just be a little more respectful of our owner's property.

Cute and cozy

Comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. We had our daughter, son-in-law and 4 grandkids. Everyone had a place to be. Easy, no contact check in. The beds are quite firm though.

Weekend getaway

The house was clean and had plenty of room to sleep. My only complaint is the outside area. Parking is small, no area hangout outside and bbq pit was a joke. The pool is very small too, the neighborhood is nice and so is the house but outside amenities are small or not available.

Our stay was relaxing and nice.

We were overall happy with the stay. The house was nice and rooms were good size. Parking was great too. However, there seemed to be a few kitchen items missing and the grills were dirty at not usable. The side lamps in the bed rooms had to be plugged in and unplugged instead of a light switch or a switch in the lamp. This was a bit awkward when you were already in bed.

Hi Julie, Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our property. We are sorry there seemed to be a few kitchen items missing. We will go through and see what might be missing. The owners will happily replace anything that is missing so that future guests will have everything they need. In regards to the bbq grills, we do our best to stay on top of them and will speak to the staff about making sure to check the grills. Grills don't last long down here in our salt air so we will check and see if they are needing to be replaced. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope you will choose to stay at our home again in the future!
