This house was very nice and clean. Love that there are plenty of towels throughout the home. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, there is definitely room for improvements. The king bedroom the light/fan had a short in it and would flicker while we were sleeping. The laundry room is so tight to be in. I would recommend stacking the W/D. We also got the worst golf cart compared to all others we saw on the roads. The seats needed power washed and one headlight was out and we reported this with no resolution. I do also recommend the house provides more throw blankets as there are none. Still, it was a good stay and we do recommend, but we hope these improvements are made.

Family beach trip

Overall a great stay! Host was easy to communicate with and resolved any issues we had promptly. Good proximity to the beach and the golf cart makes it a breeze.

Awesome stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. We had a few problems with the internet but never cared because we were busy riding the golf cart and hanging out outside and going to the beach. Beach access is not far just a short on the golf cart. The house was clean and we can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful home, walking distance to tons of things, golf cart to the rest. Only car trip needed was to the Publix Grocery store. Easy access to public beaches. Pay 45 for an umbrella and chair vendors down there with an easy walk and clean bathrooms and wash stations. Highly recommend Mimmos restaurant, walking distance. book a reservation before you get there. Fantastic food ambiance wine and service. Great trip location for parents with kids. House was very well appointed with great cooking utensils, towels, linens.

Great Stay

We had a great stay over a weekend reunion. House was clean, comfortable and as listed. Close walking distance to beach access. Would like more info regarding use of beach access. Unfortunately a few private beach access areas on the Blue Lupine entrance that left us with limited option for lounging on beach. Golf cart and bikes were great. Plenty of local restaurants to visit nearby. Overall great place and recommend!

Nice Vacation Spot

Enjoyed the house and the location. Was able to eat, pick up necessities, get ice cream, etc on the golf cart which was great. Kids enjoyed the bikes. Walking to the beach access would have been challenging for a younger crew but wasn’t a big deal for us. Only thing we needed but didn’t have was a pizza slicer but we probably just overlooked it. Had a great time.

Oh, we loved the house. Looks just like the photos and had everything you could need. So pretty, loved the decor and the bikes and golf cart were so neat to have and make it super easy to the beach access. Just loved it! So, pretty and new!! Will stay again for sure!!!! Thank you!

Nice house and responsive management

House is very fresh and new. Really well stocked and spacious kitchen. Golf cart and bikes were so handy. Coffee maker broke and mgmt brought a new one immediately. AC went out on the top floor and mgmt responded very timely. We used golf cart or bikes to get to public beach. The walkable beach access leads to a private beach.

We had a nice trip, and nothing was majorly wrong with the property. It was conveniently located and had a golf cart, which was awesome. The backyard outdoor area was nice. In our arrival email from Bach Walk, we were sent a list of beach access points, with Blue Lupine Beach being 0.2 miles from the house, which was a huge selling feature. We found out after we unloaded chairs, coolers, beach bags, umbrellas, etc. that the beach is private and cannot be used by Three Little Birds guests. We, including my 67-year-old mother, had to haul all of our stuff almost a mile down the beach to reach the nearest public beach. Upon speaking with someone from the private beach, they said they always have problems with Beach Walk Vacations sending their guests down there, even though it is private. We were furious. Completely false advertisement. Because of this, we will never stay with Beach Walk Vacations again. Also, they had the property listed as three bathrooms. It is only 2.5 bathrooms, so that should be stated clearly. While the majority of the home was clean and comfortable, the walls were absolutely filthy. Like stains and streaks running down the walls with lots of scuffs and scrapes. The floors were also dirty upon arrival. walking around barefoot to unload our things, and our feet were black. For what each guest pays for "cleaning fees" this is unacceptable. This rental had the bare necessities, but absolutely nothing else. No spare blankets, no beach towels, etc.

Spring break trip

Three little birds is a great house in 30a.We did have issues with checking in and the golf cart but the property management team was all over it!Please note, this is not a three bathroom house. It’s 2.5 baths. There is only a powder room downstairs and then a very small bathroom for the two upstairs bedrooms: not ideal for four teenagers but we made it work.Also there are plenty of beach chairs to borrow so do not bring your own!

Easter vaca

The entry code didn’t work because batteries were low, but we finally got in. The golf cart was hard to start, had to keep it plug in to start. The website saud the beach was .02 mikes but that is going through private property, so that needs to be changed. Otherwise all went well.

Wrong key code

We came in very late, the key code was the wrong code. After 20 minutes trying to enter the key code and find a lock box which there wasn’t one. We checked the back door which was unlocked. Scary

With a very quick phone call, our team would have been able to let you in with a different door code, one problem with the door code upon entry hardly reflects the beautiful property you stayed in! This comes with a golf cart and bikes, and a loaded kitchen with everything you need to cook. Also has a great outdoor seating area and beautiful furniture and decor!

Great Family Rental!

Overall, our experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Really loved the location, especially with the access to the golf cart. The property was beautifully decorated and well supplied for the most part. Only downfalls were discovering the Keurig coffee maker wasn't working our first morning there (I would've packed ground coffee had I known) and the poor quality of the pots and pans (almost all but 2 tiny ones were scratched and rusted, rendering them unable to be used). Lastly, when we arrived, it was after dark and the door code had been changed. Customer Service called us back immediately and helped us get in with no issue! Literally everything else was perfect and I would definitely recommend staying. We loved the grill and fire pit for s'mores. Was able to Instacart a few items with no issue. Local coffee and ice cream shops were so cute! I would absolutely bring my family again!
