"Welcome to The Islander" The amazing backyard complete with an outdoor kitchen, 3 refrigerators, gas BBQ, smoker, ice maker, fire pit, putting & chipping green, tv, games and much more. Only a short 11 blocks (apx half mile) from the beach and 2 blocks from Sunshine Park.

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; you just need food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer and separate laundry room. Linens will be provided for all beds including the sleeper sofa in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. Newly built heated pool with large swim shelf gives this house everything you need!

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies than will drop these off at the house. Thanks again for viewing one of our properties!

Keyless entry. Parking is limited to 6 standard sized vehicles. 2 in garage and 4 in driveway. On-street parking is not permitted.

Strict restrictions on events and guests not staying in the home. Inquiry prior to booking if you planing to have an event or guests to the home. All pets must be approved. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Some dates are restricted from pets due to owner allergies. Pet fee is $150 per pet.

Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk.***

Nice house with amazing backyard

Had a great guys trip for a few days of fun and golf. Plenty of things to do around and a short trip to the beach. Game room was fun

Laserna Family vacation

We were very please with the entire stay. The family got some real quality time sitting around the pool, playing ping pong and shuffle board. We stayed up late playing card games. It was very special for us to have this time together. Thanks.

Perfect family getaway, amazing backyard!

Beautiful modern home, the backyard and pool is just amazing. No need to go to the beach everything you need for fun in the sun is right there. Well equipped kitchen perfect for large family meals inside and out. We especially loved all the seating for everyone inside and outside. Thanks for a great place to have our long weekend in Jax Beach. :)

Amazing Property - Perfect In Every Way

This house is absolutely amazing in every way. It is in a great neighborhood and walk to the park and five minute drive to the beach. The house was clean and spotless and had more amenities than any Vrbo I've stayed at before. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very attentive. The pool was clean, warm and so much fun. I could spend endless days in the backyard. Life is better at this place.
