A fantastic location with easy access to downtown Ashville. The suite was very clean and had some very nice pieces. They take pride in this offering. So enjoyed sitting on the porch or around the fire pit (no wood). Would recommend this location to anyone looking for top tier location and amenities.

Awesome VRBO experience with a clean and nice home. Unfortunately didn’t get to see any bears but the patio was nice to be out on! Host was extremely helpful even when we initially messed up our stay and accidentally set it to a year in advance.

A million thanks to the owner, who had a family emergency going on and still managed to ensure we were good. The deck was amazing! Perfect view for having coffee! So many birds and we even saw a bear! It was perfect! The inside is very clean and decorated beautifully. The bathroom floors are even heated. Great shower! The bed was pretty firm, but there was a good selection of pillows. Loved everything about this place!

Just far enough from downtown to feel peaceful, but so close that nothing we wanted to do in town was ever more than 15 minutes away. View was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Spotless and well equipped. Perfect for a couple. Great location minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Pkwy yet quiet with nice views. Owner was very conscientious and a good communicator.

Well appointed and beautiful location! It is attached to the main house, but very minimal noise which was mentioned in full description, so not a surprise. We were treated to a mama bear and cub sighting which was a highlight of the trip. Host responds quickly and offered plenty of suggestions for dining, etc. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts were communicative and helpful. We’re feel lucky to have stayed here and would love to come back. If you want to likely see Asheville’s famous black bears, stay here. We saw a mama and baby at least three times in one week. Drive cautiously up the mountain; the bears are sometimes strolling on the street. It was a lovely surprise, but be bear aware.It’s a dog friendly stay, but maybe not the most dog walkable property due to a steep drop off. That meant we drove down to EW Grove park everyday to walk the dog (10 mins away). It’s a historical and beautiful area, and only a minor inconvenience to trade for the serenity of this well appointed home. We also saw bears on that area, too. If you don’t mind driving 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle to get some peaceful nature in a beautiful home, this is your spot.
