Very nice place right by the water. Perfect for most people, but we are old people and there are little steps (which you can see in the pictures) to consider. We did fine, but had to be careful. The house is really cute!

It was the perfect place to go, unwind and totally relax. The view was outstanding and we saw many beautiful sunsets. It was wonderful to go back to Lake Champlain and vacation after 5 years of being away.

The perfect location for a Labor Day weekend getaway. We have perfect weather and beautiful sunsets every night. I enjoyed the fire pit use the kitchen every night except one.We can't wait to come back next year. Nice that there are several options for launching the boat nearby.

Very good property for a stay. The view of the lake was excellent, especially for about an hour before sundown. I liked the grill, the sit on top kayak, the super comfortable beds, fans, and the very nice kitchen. The washer and dryer were also top quality There's not a lot going on in Swanton, just know you're going to a really small but nice town. We had some trouble figuring out the mini split but chat GPT got us straightened out.
