This was such an amazing stay for me and my family. We held a small wedding ceremony here and it was beautiful. We had 17 people stay and it was very comfortable and spacious for everyone. The view was as spectacular as the pictures show. Would highly recommend staying here!

The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend away with friends. The views were stunning, the house was clean and spacious, hot tub and fire pit were a huge plus for the cool evening. The host was extremely welcoming and very easy to get in contact with. We will definitely look to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Every detail was was thought out for the guests, and the communication with the owner was fantastic. Check in was a breeze. It was a fantastic trip!

We had a fantastic stay in a great house with a beautiful, sweeping view from high above Raystown Lake! Bella Vista is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Dawn is a tremendous host, responsive, helpful, and she provided excellent recommendations of local activities and dining options. We will definitely come back for another stay next time we’re in the Raystown area!

The hist was amazing. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Everything was exactly where they it will be. The amenities were properly maintained and provided every needed service. My family and I had a great time!

Excellent place to spend with loved ones

Stayed here over the 4th of July and I can say is This place is awesome! Dawn and Anna the hostesses are very accommodating to your stay and everything for our trip was great. We have stayed her now several times and it has always been nothing but the best. Highly recommended!

The property is absolutely stunning! The views are incredible and the house is well-appointed. We visited with a group of 10, and it was generously sized for our group. There was space to hang out and room to spread out. The owner was very responsive and took the time to get to know our group and suggest activities we would like. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this property!

The house was lovely, just as described in the post. The views of the water and mountains were incredible. Dawn was fantastic as a host, super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful property that exceeds expectations!

Such a great property that everyone in our group raved about! The views are amazing, property clean and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for a large group. If your looking at the pictures online and wondering if the property is worthwhile to book, it without question is and highly recommend.

Beautiful View and Great Memories

We had a fantastic stay here with our extended family. The views were gorgeous. Dawn was communicative and helpful with recommendations on things to see in the area. House was just as pictured. We were thrilled with all the space, cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!
