Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised by several of the comments in this review. We have hosted hundreds of guests across multiple platforms and maintain an overall rating of more than 4.8 out of 5, including many 10/10 reviews. We use a professional cleaning company and take cleanliness concerns very seriously. During your stay, we proactively checked in to make sure everything was meeting your expectations, as we do with all guests. At no point were these cleanliness concerns raised to us. Had we been informed, we would have immediately sent the cleaning team back, offered alternative accommodations at one of our other properties, or helped find another solution. We have successfully resolved guest concerns this way in the past. Regarding the layout, the listing accurately describes the sleeping arrangements and occupancy limits. The separate suite is part of the property and is included in the listing details. Additional guest fees are displayed by the booking platform during the reservation process based on the number of guests entered. We are also unaware of any unacknowledged concerns. Every message we received was responded to promptly, and we always strive to assist our guests throughout their stay. We genuinely enjoy hosting families visiting New York and work hard to provide a comfortable, affordable experience. While we respect every guest's opinion, this review does not reflect the experience reported to us during the stay nor the feedback we typically receive from our guests.
