This was the perfect property for our girl's trip. Very clean and the beds were super comfy. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to spend a vacation!

Had a blast staying here, the pool and location alone were great, then add in all the other awesome amenities and this place was stellar to stay at! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to spend with friends or family.

FREE BONFIRE!!!!

Great stay! The property was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed, the included bonfire was our all time favorite day. The hostess was lovely! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent experience!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Salt Water Express. The unit was comfortable and very clean. The pools were fun and proximity to the beach ideal. The unit exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend!

Loved loved loved the spacious, high end condo!

Wow what a beautiful HUGE condo with gorgeous furnishings and views from the patio ! Loved the quiet blue mountains beach area away from all the crowds of seaside and Rosemary. Just a little piece of heaven! Loved loved loved the spacious, high end condo!

Beautiful comfortable and enjoyable. FREE bonfire!

BEST MEMORIES! Thank you this checked everything on our list, the bonfire night was everyone's favorite. We love this area quiet and the beach wasn't crowded. Condo was spotless and had all we needed. Communication was efficient and easy to follow. See you for Thanksgiving and the turkey run!

30a Beach Girls Condo

Amazing condo and location! The condo was 5 stars across the board. Great pool views, very clean, and housed 6 ppl for a girls trip perfectly. Daisy was an excellent host and was always available. She had so much patience with all my questions when I booked! So attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed in master was too soft for me and my wife. If you like a soft bed it was fine.

Adagio Vacation

We’ve stayed at a few different condos at Adagio and love the property location, layout, pools, etc. This particular unit was nice. The cleanliness was lacking a bit. There was soap residue in the master shower and lots of awful stains on the duvet cover (we were going to use as a blanket) in the master closet.

Great Property but check on beach access

The property was beautiful and in a great location. We loved having the two pools, and specifically the one that was beachside. The balcony was huge and had a great view of the pool. The condo was quiet even with kids playing in the pool. The in-unit ice maker was a huge bonus. My one complaint is the lack of beach real estate available in front of the condos due to the La Dolce Vita rentals. We experienced that where we stayed last year and was one of driving factors of not returning to that spot. This needs to be clearly outlined (with rental pricing) as it’s frustrating to find out after arrival. Unfortunately prime beach real estate is taken up by unrented and unused chairs/umbrellas while families squeeze into the non-commercial area. Again the property was fantastic, but the commercialized beach access was frustrating.

Our condo was VERY nice Loved the balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped. Perfectly cleaned. Lots of beach towels to use. The pool was enjoyed by the grandsons. Very pretty pool! When booking be sure to book your umbrellas and chairs at that time so you get front row. Second row was great also.
