Si trova a due unità immobiliari dal Sands Ocean Club e dal bar sulla spiaggia di Ocean Annie al 9530 Shore Drive. Splendida vista sull'oceano 2 Camera da letto 2 Bath Condo può ospitare 6 su letti e 7 su un divano. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi. Potrebbero inoltre essere disponibili ombrelloni, skim board e sdraio rimanenti.

Si tratta di un condominio sulla spiaggia in prima fila che offre una tranquilla area per famiglie vicino a North Myrtle Beach, SC, con una splendida vista sull'oceano dal balcone al secondo piano di un complesso di 3 piani.

La struttura si trova a 1 miglio da Tanger Outlets. Ocean Annie’s: un bar sull'oceano con musica dal vivo e balli gratuiti sulla spiaggia è solo due porte più in basso. Puoi goderti una passeggiata mattutina fino al molo a mezzo miglio di distanza, pescare al largo del molo o pescare in acque profonde e cenare nei ristoranti di pesce più gustosi. Spettacoli di Broadway, Dixie Stampede e Alabama Theater sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto.

We stayed here for one week and unfortunately saw small cockroaches throughout our entire stay, primarily in the kitchen. We also found one large American cockroach. The owner informed us that the building had been treated for pests just before our arrival, but we continued to see roaches every day during our vacation.The condo itself was otherwise nice, and the location was great, but the ongoing pest issue made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. We hope the problem is resolved for future guests

Family vacation

Had an amazing stay at this condo! We love this area! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and the location to all the attractions and shops was perfect! Would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay

The place was clean and comfortable. Location of unit was perfect on second floor at the front. Owners have great communication with renters, all questions answered quickly and very friendly.

Nice, clean condo with ocean views. Hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint was the water pressure throughout, but that may be a building issue. We never could get the master bedroom A/C to work but we figure the remote batteries were dead and it was April, so not really hot. But for a long weekend, the place was perfect.

Perfect location

This was my first time in Myrtle Beach, location was perfect. Weather wasnt great, definately will not be returning in on Spring break, maybe May or June but will definitely consider this property again.

Cozy and convenient

We had another great stay at this condo. We were there for two weeks this time and dined at a few restaurants we’ve never been to before. The weather was beautiful, and the condo was great! The owners are nice and accommodating.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

I love that you brightened up the place. The condo looks great! This was our second year of staying in that particular unit. We love it there and hope to rent again next summer!

Golf vacation

Adequate lodging for 2 golf buddies. Property is an older condo but nicely furnished. Unit itself is somewhat dated but knew that going in. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Great Location

The place was good. Very well equipped. Great location. Clean. Beds and furniture were comfy We had everything we needed. I would also add that the owners are very responsive and helpful. I think they answered really quick each time we had a question.

Wonderful location and kind host

This is a wonderful location if you’re looking to stay right by the beach. It is closest to the parking lot. Samer was incredibly kind and helpful when we required assistance. We did encounter a few bugs in the condo during our stay which was unfortunate. The floor does make a good bit of noise when you step on it which was a bit stressful with two small children sleeping.

We have been coming to this location since I was a child with my parents and brothers. Our kids have been coming to this condo since they were born. My oldest took his first steps at the condo and my youngest learned how to swim there.

My Dad was 90 and decided to give the condo to my brother and I on April 2, 2015 and wants the condo willed to our kids decades from now. So after many years of neglect, we aggressively renovated it to something we can be proud of, build new memories, and have our adult children begin to build their memories.

We hope that you can build everlasting memories with your families and enjoy the best North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

...as you get older and look back at your childhood memories, the memories that stand out most are the family ties and relationships nurtured during family vacations. This condo is my brothers and my memories as a child, my children's memories along with my nieces' childhood memories. Hope that it will also garner special memories for your family.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Family friendly with an evening party atmosphere at two different pools and near by world famous Ocean Annie's beach bar. Minutes from Tanger Discount Outlets for those rainy days, 15 min walk to the pier for a awesome southern breakfast, and a nice stroll on the beach to the inlet to watch the high and low tides change the landscape bringing a daily abundance of seashells and sharks-teeth to sift through.

Across the street from the condo you will find a convenient shopping area for any items that were forgotten along with an alcohol store, ice cream, shopping area for souvenirs and the best wings on the strip.
