This house was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable! We had everything we needed during our stay. Kathy was easily contacted when we had questions. We loved staying here!!!

Excellent 2 day break in PEI

We had a lovely couple of days discovering PEI with Canadian family who have connections with the area. Lovely place to stay as a group of adults - good facilities and very spacious.

Beautiful house in the country!

Kathy was an amazing host and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home and make sure we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend for a family getaway!

Great for base to explore PEI. Kathy made it very welcoming! We could have easily spent more time at the house playing basketball, enjoying the fire pit, etc. Reasonable drives to Charlottetown, Victoria, PEI National Park and Georgetown. Perfect!!!

My friends and I were very impressed with the house, the location and our host. It was beautiful, the grounds so nice and the house had every amenity we needed.. Cathy was gracious, friendly and helpful in every way.

It was great to have Ashley, Madeline and their family in my home. A pleasure to meet them. Lovely people with a warm English accent. They left my home well cared for. The dishes were done, the first load of laundry was put in, the beds were stripped. All things that were an enormous help. Would be delighted to host them again.

A lovely stay!

Just spent a week at this lovely home, there were 3 couples, the amenities were more than adequate. Kathy checked in with us shortly after our arrival, and was readily available if we needed her. Back deck was well equipped with BBQ and lots of propane. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Was delighted to have these lovely guests from Newfoundland. They were kind , friendly and left my home Very clean. Dishes were done a load of towels were done, and another one in the washer, which was an enormous help when you're cleaning a large house. I would highly recommend them for any rental .Wonderful guests.

Lovely home with absolutely stunning views.

The property is located close enough to all amenities but far enough out to be very private and quiet. The beautiful deck to relax on while watching the sun set over the farmer fields and a fire pit were added bonuses. Kathy was friendly and quick to respond to all of our questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful/Private Cottage

Couldn’t of been a better cottage on the island for our friends. It has everything; comfortable & beautiful inside, spacious backyard for activities(basketball court, horse shoe, washer toss etc.). Minutes away from multiple golf courses. And a host that is available friendly and giving. Can’t wait to come back with my family!

Marc and his friends were wonderful guests. They left my home in great condition. The washer was started which was a big help. The dishwasher started. Sheets were taken off the bed and garbage was all dealt with. I would be more than happy to have them stay in my home again. I appreciated all the correspondence and how they respected my home. Thanks so much.

Amazing stay for family

Great house, smartly laid out. Kitchen well stocked. Yard massive with play structure for kids. Pack n Play on site. View of the west river. Nights last forever, and the morning sun takes a while so despite the heat it was easy to keep the house cool most hours of the day. Quick 15' to Charlottetown, or 10' to Cornwall for groceries.

Matt and his family were amazing guests. They left with most all the bedding being washed, dishes clean, and the house left very tidy. I so appreciate it all they did. On interacting with this family, they were lovely. Would be more than delighted to have them in my home anytime. Thank you Matt and all.

Fabolous acreage with ocean view.

We rented this beautifully manicured acreage with its roomy, well-kept home for a small, personal wedding. The rain held off so we could have our vows exchanged outside in the gorgeous back yard. Everything we needed for cooking/grilling, sleeping, showering, etc, was available. I met the owner, who was lovely and accommodating. A lot of love and pride in this home is evident, which we appreciated and respected. We would recommend this property, and I hope to use it again sometime.
