The studio I stayed in is darling and so tastefully appointed. There were coffee pods and nice mugs for sipping coffee outside near the waterway. Everything about the place was delightful. I wish I'd booked longer. Will definitely stay there again.

Super cute place! It was perfectly located near the boardwalk and beach. The best part was that we got a nice surprise of seeing dolphins right in front of us! Vicky was very reason responsive and accommodating. I give this a 10/10!

The perfect getaway

Studio #3 was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The property was well kept and a short walk to everything you want to experience at Maderia Beach.

Very accessible and accommodating host! Room is a beauty of a studio with all needs met (including coffee pods for us early risers!) and an inviting backyard for a quiet moment between activities. Within easy walking distance of the pier, park your vehicle hassle free and ignore it for the rest of your stay. Pricey? Yeaaa. But all of this neighborhood is - if you remember it was basically underwater thanks to Helene in ‘24 you’ll appreciate what you get when you stay here. Can recommend without reservations

Our Stay

Excellent location and very clean. The only issue was the TV doesn't work and there are no condiments like salt and pepper.

Thanks for the review. I really wish that you would have reached out to me about the TV. I went to the Studio as soon as I got your review to see what the problem was with a brand new tv in hand to be replaced. What I found was a remote with a dead battery. Charged it up and the TV worked just fine. PLEASE in the future reach out thats what Im here for. As far as condiments (salt & pepper) I dont want anything you can ingest that can be tampered with. I tried the small packets but ended up being a mess. So decided against that. Sorry about that.

A Great Stay

Very comfortable and super clean cozy cottage. We were so happy to see how nice everything was renovated and beautifully decorated after the 2 hurricanes last year. Very well thought out to include everything needed to accommodate a wonderful stay. Great location to the beach and John’s Pass. We will return!

Long Weekend Trip

This was a great find for a weekend getaway. The unit was very clean, cute & had everything we needed. Great location for bars, restaurants, & beach. Beach chairs & towels were provided in the unit, but we rented chairs and umbrella set up on the beach, which are very reasonably priced at 40 for the day. We will definitely return for a quick trip!

If you're looking for a really nice surprise in VRBO land this is it. Location was great, both for shopping and beach walking. Everything in the unit was well thought out and our host was gracious and professional. I would highly recommend this property and will surely be coming back.

Great Location

Location was ideal for walking to John’s Pass. Just a few blocks away. Back of property offers outdoor patio furniture with a beautiful view of the water. Well equipped for 2. Would recommend!

Wonderful

Absolutely fell in love with this little place, so beautiful and convenient close to everything. Vicky was great very responsive she had everything you need down to the beach chairs and beach towels were in our little studio. We will absolutely will be back soon.

Nice vacay.

Owners weren’t around much, helpful and pleasant when they were. Unit was fine, but a bit small for a two week stay. Would book it again for shorter time!
