Pros: The house was very nice, amazingly spacious with plenty of sleeping options with comfortable beds. Plenty of seating throughout. The game room was great, we spent a lot of time there. The fire pit and swings were also really nice to have. We did not use the hot tub but it was clean and warm. Plenty of fridge and freezer space with 3 of them available. Grounds were beautiful, lots of deer to keep us company. Cons: With the change in season, the heating system was not fully functional so we did not use the basement, it just did not get warm enough. (The owner did try to help us). Lots of TVs but many of the remotes were not working. A number of dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Neither of the sliding doors locked properly, so you had to rely on the wood bar to keep the doors secured which did not feel particularly safe. Bedrooms could all use mirrors.

The home was just as beautiful in person, it has everything you need for a week/weekend away. CJ was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. Out of all the homes in PA my family and I stayed, this by far is our absolute favorite. We didn’t want to leave, and looking forward to staying there again!

Great weekend getaway

We had a group of 13 life long friends stay at this property for our annual getaway. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and all of the hang out spaces between the huge room with a pool table, bar, card table, then a movie theater type room in the basement. Plenty of beds to sleep all of us. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in this area!

Beautiful House with a little bit of everything

This house was awesome. Perfect for a getaway for large family or group of friends. Property was clean and roomy. The rental process was seamless with plenty of communication. If you are looking for a really nice place in the area, rent this house. Plenty of beds and the best fire pit we have ever used.

Perfect stay

My group and I couldn’t have been happier with the house. We utilized everything that it offered. The 14 of us slept comfortably and we did not even leave the house except for groceries because we were all entertained throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful weekend we had with our families. This place is beautiful and we had such a nice relaxing long weekend. The attention to the little details of this house makes the home so inviting and comfortable. I would suggest staying here to everyone and I hope to stay again next fall!

Great house that fit 9 of us for a guys trip. The house is very large with plenty of sleeping space. The game room with the pool table, bar and large tv lived up to expectations and the hot tub was a great extra. CJ the host was very communicative prior to the trip and throughout. We ran into an issue with the pots/pans in the house and CJ took care of it by having the caretaker bring over a brand new ones. I would recommend the house to anyone.

Thanksgiving Holiday

This property was as good as advertised. There is plenty of room to spread out when you want the kids to do their thing and the adults to enjoy time together. There is also plenty of space when everyone wants to be together. Love the large table, made dinners awesome as the 10 of us could eat together. Property Manager was very attentive and answered any questions quickly. Will definitely stay at this property or one of their others this group has again.

Excellent!

The vacation house was exactly as listed and huge! The property owner was very responsive and made sure we had a great time. When we had an issue with the billiards sticks, he had them replaced within a few hours which was amazing. The house comfortably sleeps 16-20 people and is conveniently located close to the lake and downtown Hawley. The wrap-around porch with a grill and plenty of seating was perfect for our group. The backyard area was also great for hanging out. We were offered an early check-in and late check-out which was very nice of them.

Thanksgiving with the family

This property was perfect for our big Italian family. We were 15 people ranging in ages from 81 to 6. The bedrooms and beds were big and ample and comfortable. 5 bathrooms insured that even if the teenagers took too long in the shower, there was another option on the property. We took full advantage of the big kitchen and brought all our own supplies for a full Thanksgiving dinner. I made everything there and there was plenty of room and all the appliances worked well. The big country table fit all of us for the feast. The gameroom was great for the kids and adults to play and socialize together well into the night. We made great use of the hot tub and fire pit to make s'mores and spotted a few deer on the property! We are looking forward to staying here again. It was a cold weekend so we didn't take advantage of the surrounding area but we hope to on our next trip here! Management was helpful with any needs but truthfully, we needed nothing during our stay. They had thought of everything.

The house is big and fairly new with tons of beds and areas to hang, etc. Good location about 10 mins from town, hikes, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked and great TVs, etc. Only complaint for us was that the floors were dirty and some bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The host, however, was extremely responsive and communicative when I reached out about these issues. Would recommend!
