The property was in excellent condition when we arrived. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location provided beautiful views of the gulf and easy access to the beach. The host was readily available for any assistance and the communication was excellent.

David & Stacey were wonderful, they communicated so well throughout our entire booking process & trip, even helping us learn more about the area (we’ve never visited before)! The house was so cozy, clean & unique!

The house was beautiful and well stocked. We had some issues with the door key pad at first but once we got in touch with the host we got it all worked out. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This beach house is amazing! It was perfect for our family vacation. There were plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep plus a super comfy day bed in the living room. It is steps to the beach and could not be more convenient. The house had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much, we will definitely book again when we come back to Port St. Joe.

Our family had a fabulous time. They provide beach towels which is so nice too. There were also chairs, nets and toys in the outside closet that we utilized. My only comment is that the ocean is very murky with sediment from the river. It’s not their fault but I had to take the kids to Panama City, Mexico beach and St. George for the clear water that we are used to on the gulf.

We are glad to hear your family had a good time, but we are sorry the water wasn't suitable. It can get murky and it's not clear like Destin but many days it is very nice. We would welcome you back and hopefully the water would be better! NOTE TO FUTURE GUESTS: We DO provide beach towels but unfortunately we DO NOT provide beach equipment, the storage closet is our personal closet and we don't know why it was unlocked, however this guest wasn't aware of that. I just want future guest to know and not expect it to be available.

Best Beach Stay

Very nice stay. The house worked well for us with a total of 6 people. Wonderful sun rises; wonderful sunsets. Beautiful clean wide beach. Highly recommended.

This was a perfect place for a family getaway. Stacy was a wonderful host. She was very attentive and quick to respond if we had any questions. The house was perfect for our family of 8. We had lots of space and the house was well stocked and clean. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. We loved that it was not a touristy area and it was quiet.

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed for a family vacation. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hosts were proactive, friendly, and easy to deal with. The only downside was that vehicle traffic is allowed on the beach.

We had a very relaxing stay with our family at this house, with a fantastic ocean view and direct beach access. We enjoyed several sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and the beach. Loved the location! The house was very clean with plenty of room and beds. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We would definitely stay there again. David and Stacey were excellent hosts.

This property was beautiful, immaculately clean, comfortable, and a perfect location. Communication was outstanding, and Stacey was so welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. We loved watching all the dolphins from the deck and long walks on the beach. While the neighboring property was a bit noisy late into the night, it was outside the host’s control. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home on the beach

Home is comfortable and vie is gorgeous. You I’ll need to bring your own pillows for the daybed in the living room.
