Perfect location for a quiet getaway

The room was exactly as pictured and described. We had our dog with us and it was the perfect spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

The studio/condo type room was perfect for our weekend stay. The pictures are an accurate representation of where you'll be staying. Everything was clean and so cute! The beach is right in the backyard with a beautiful gazebo and there are tons of options for dining and entertainment within a quick drive. We loved it!

Beach get away

The condo was very neat and clean. The bed was so comfy. It had everything I needed for a short getaway. I would suggest that the parking lot needs to be redone as it had lots of uneven pavement and you had to be careful not to trip when walking.

Perfect !!

Thank you so much for a lovely stayb at Atlantic Beach. Although the condo I stayed in was not beach front, it was only a 3 min walk from my door to the beach. Everything was clean and nice with everything you could need including parking right outside the door. It was safe and quiet . Just perfect for my first visit to Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle just a 20 min drive away. Beautiful!! 5 stars.

Property was accurately described, just the right size for me and my daughter. I was impressed with the fast response to a toilet issue. I requested for the problem to be fixed while we were away for the day, and a brand new toilet was installed. I recommend posting a sign in bathroom to instruct clueless people what can and cannot be flushed. I can’t give a perfect score because the parking lot pavement was uneven with a large pothole at the entrance, and several surfaces in the unit were quite dusty. Cleaners need to dust the ceiling fan blades above bed, remove cobwebs from ceiling, dust/vacuum bathroom vent. Smoke detector was hanging open and appeared to be missing a battery. Positives were large fridge, comfy beds, beach access, great pool, quiet surroundings, excellent communication when needed. We enjoyed our first visit to the Crystal Coast!

The unit that we stayed in was amazing. No surprises. Matched pictures and description. The unit that we stayed in was beautifully furniture, and equipped with all the things that one could possible need to enjoy a beach getaway. We were very pleased and comfortable. On the 5th day we woke to a warm environment. Upon realizing that the AC was malfunctioning we contacted the owners for suggestions. Within the hour the AC unit was replaced. I was amazed at how efficiently they handle this issue. I will definitely be renting again. The grounds were clean, with grassy areas, clean sidewalks, a variety of handicap access ramps scattered throughout, refreshing swimming pool, laundry facility, grills, picnic tables, and roomy gazebos for relaxing.

Nice Rental , Clean and Quiet

We have rented from this host several times and everything has been fine, older location but has always been clean and maintained. We rented a ground floor unit this time to forgo the steps due to our senior dog and late night potty breaks. Our rental was pet friendly however you need to check that option when you filter your trip as not all of the units are pet friendly. The parking lot could use some work BUT it is well lit and parking is convenient to your rental unit. Hence the 4 star rating,however, this is not the host fault and the host has an easy booking, payment, check in/check out and responds in a timely manner. The beach is literally 2 minutes from your door and that is if you are carrying your chair and cooler to the beach by yourself. They are small units but are well stocked and have good WI FI if you need that option. We hope this information helps others in the future as we read recent comments when we book also.

Great location

This is a great property. Everything was just as depicted. Probably most comfortable for only 2 people. Having the Atlantic in the backyard was unbelievable - the best part of the whole trip. Atlantic Beach is a great vacation town but being there before prime season made it even better.
