Great place to stay

Very nice place to stay and close to everything. The available tennis court and kayaks were a great amenity, and it was a treat to walk to S&S in the mornings for coffee.

Great spot!

The cottage was just what we were looking for. Very comfortable , convenient location, biking distance from Maidstone beach with some great restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to visit again!

Family time in the Hamptons

We enjoyed our time in the Ritz. It’s a great cottage surrounded by waterfront activities. The host was accommodating and welcoming.

Lovely spot to stay in East Hampton/Springs

We stayed in the Ritz, a comfy little cottage in a ~5 acre property. The place has a well-equipped kitchen and home-comforts. The super friendly host lives very close by and is genuinely interested in guest experience. Great walking access to a park nearby. Would absolutely return again.

Perfect East Hampton Spot

My friends and I loved staying at John’s Ritz cottage. We took advantage of the beach access and kayaks and had a great time. John was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Gorgeous cottage in East Hampton

Spent the week here with a few friends. We loved the property and the location is perfect. We were a 10-20 minute drive from almost all of the places we wanted to visit. I'm a germaphobe and the place was clean to my standards. All the amenities you could ever desire are there as well. Will definitely be back!

lovely cottage in the hamptons

this lovely cottage was very comfortable and accommodating to our group (4 adults) Clean,quiet,and equipped!! Backyard view was perfect to your serenity and 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach! Area is friendly, easy walking neighborhood, litter free, away from highways. The owner is very amicable and helpful with anything! We had other friends staying in other accommodations~ because we were all here for a wedding~ they all paid more and did not have all the benefits that we did! This place is WONDERFUL!!!!

The photos of the property makes it look much more spacious and luxurious than in person. I was expecting a more quaint house not a mobile home. For the price we paid the sheets, pillows and general bedding should be upgraded. The shower didn’t drain so had to call owner to fix twice. Probably good place for a family with children but was not what we expected.

What a great property! Set in an absolutely beautiful back bay, the views were full of sea birds, deer, and the occasional jumping fish. The owner, John could not have been more accommodating. Quick to reply, quick to offer assistance, amenities (everything we could have needed), fresh oysters from his own farm!??? Very clean and depicted perfectly from the photos. I would quickly book again on any return to the Hamptons.

We stayed here with another couple in order to attend the US Open in South Hampton. The location was extremely convenient to downtown East Hampton’s restaurants and shopping. The cottage layout is perfect for two couples and the linens, towels and glassware were top drawer. Can’t say enough good things about our host, John. He was friendly and quite helpful with our questions about logistics for the golf tournament. Highly recommend
