It is hard to beat the views from this premier 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit in Beach Colony West. Located on the west end of the building, you will have unobstructed views of the water and beach from every seat in the living area, as well as from the master bed and bath. A spacious open-concept layout and upgraded beach-chic decor invite the beach right into your living room. Whether seated on the comfortable queen pull-out sofa or one of the two swivel barrel chairs, or leaning back on one of the two leather swivel rocker-recliners, your attention will be immediately drawn to the amazing views this unit affords. The living area also offers a bar cabinet, providing everything you are likely to need to serve your favorite beverages, except for the ingredients!

The upgrades continue to the gourmet kitchen, which features top of the line stainless steel appliances, an expanded pantry, a beautifully tiled backsplash, granite countertops, and breakfast bar seating for three. If you feel like cooking, you will find plenty of utensils and cookware to meet your culinary needs. Looking for small appliances? You’ll find both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig on the counter. In addition to a standard blender, enjoy your favorite smoothies with the Magic Bullet, grill your burgers on the George Foreman, or let your dinner cook in the crockpot while you enjoy the beach.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed. After a long day on the beach, pamper yourself in the master bathroom’s amazing, full-body jetted custom shower while enjoying the view as the moon and stars reflect over the gulf water. The second bedroom also sports a premium king bed and en suite bath. Designed with the kids in mind, the third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and an en suite bath with a tub that also opens into the hallway. There are 3 smart TVs in the unit, as well as 1 assigned covered parking space conveniently located directly in front of the West building.

Great Stay!

The condo was beautiful! Just as described. The place was very clean, elevators were quick, pools were nice, and access to the beach was perfect.

Issues

One of the elevators was not working the weekend which made check in for all after 0400 a nightmare. Supposedly no one was suppose to set up personal chairs and umbrellas in front of the rented chairs/umbrellas and that was totally ignored. The indoor pool was constantly used by teens who ran in and out and played bronco rider and tossed footbals around. Rarely any adult supervision. Hot tub was cloudy and cool the first night. Reported to management but not attempted to use again due to all of the teens present. The actual unit was superb and luxurious.

Fantastic unit in a great location

Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Perdido Key/Orange Beach area who wants a unit in a complex right on the beach. It's perfectly situated, right between several excellent restaurants and a short drive to all kinds of activities. I have to say this is probably the nicest and definitely the most well-equipped vacation rental we have stayed in. The decor is very 'beachy' and inviting. The appliances, bedding, furniture are all very nice and well maintained. There were 6 of us in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us--super nice with each couple having their own bathroom. There were lots of beach towels for us to use and one thing that we really liked was that there was more than enough outdoor furniture for all of us to enjoy time together outside. We started and ended each day out on the balcony, taking in the fresh air and sounds of the waves. It really was the prefect place for us on this trip and we couldn't have asked for better.
