My dog loved sniffing the backyard and going for pontoon rides. There was good fishing while we were there. Even though connected to owners home we were able to have a quiet week by the lake.

We stayed 3 nights plus a bonus night. The cabin is very warm and cozy. Very cute, with everything you can think of for basic needs, so all you need to do is bring your food. They made sure we always had enough wood for the fire with the cold nights we had. Thank you Sherry for letting the girls lead your horse around, and brush them, they were very greatful you gave them that chance. Thank you for our bonus night, and we will definitely be coming back again.

An amazing trip. We had a campfire, went on the pontoon and fed horses some carrots :) Sherry was an amazing host. Thank you for letting us stay. We had everything we needed

Nice cabin on a beautiful and quiet lake- having access to the pontoon boat was amazing and made this property a great value. Kitchen was well supplied, there were plenty of towels, and the king sized bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t clear to us from the pictures was that this property connects to the main owner-occupied house- you have a separate entrance and driveway so it still feels private, but it is a duplex setup, so you do sometimes hear people walking around in the main house. That being said, I don’t think there’s a better value on VRBO for this region and we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time here. Great lakefront property, beautiful fall colors, fun times using the pontoon boat and fishing. The resident animals were delightful and it was super quick drive to small towns and the Gandy Dancer trail.

Lake house is beautifully decorated & clean! The beds are very comfortable & it is so quiet there! Use of the pontoon to go fishing on Austin Lake is a big plus!! We had a wonderful stay!!

We really enjoyed this nice lakeside place. It was quiet and clean and extremely well stocked! We did not have a chance to use the pontoon due to the rain but we still loved this property!

We had such a great vacation at the property! House was perfect and really enjoyed the use of the pontoon. It was really hard for all of us to leave.
