We had a great time! It was very quiet, but there was plenty to do nearby. The kids had a great time paddle boarding in the bay.

The home was comfortable and clean. The community was quiet and the shops and trails were fun. Area attractions were minimal, but the beach was great. Our kids and dogs had a great time!

Our family loved this house! It had every amenity imaginable. You basically just had to show up with a carryon and the rest was handled! The hosts were great and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Enjoyable

This is a great place to stay. The home is beautiful and close to shopping and places to eat. The amenities are great to have and close to the beach. Definitely a great place to stay.

We travel quite a bit and this was the BEST place we’ve “vacationed” as a family of 5!! The owners were prompt and clear with thorough instructions via email. The house was stocked with things you need as a traveling family” from laundry and cleaning supplies to tons of fun equipment from a Golf cart, E-bikes, and even sand toys. The kids room included Video Game arcade style consoles and the living room console had an array of family games to choose from…not once during this stay did I hear someone say they were bored…I call that a Mom-Win!! Thank you to the Brooks for making our stay in Gulf County so comfy, so easy, and so fun!!

Great spot, kids absolutely loved the arcade games, bunk beds, and the bikes were a huge hit. The golf cart was both fun and functional. Beach chairs were in great shape, the towels provided were such a nice thing to not have to remember to pack, boogie boards, corn hole.. it was all ready for use and so convenient. Stress-free to have all the amenities you’d want and need at your fingertips so you can just slide right into vacation mode with the family and enjoy in a safe, quiet, beach neighborhood.

Perfect location and amenities

We loved our stay. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get around the neighborhood and to beach with the wonderful golf cart. Cooler and beach chairs/toys were a huge plus!

Fun vacation

The house was cute, some cleaning issues, some of the bikes are showing their age, we loved the golf cart. The location is perfect.

Really nice house and yard. Family friendly with a lot of games and beach gear. We enjoyed the electric bikes also. It was very convenient to drive the golf cart to the beach or pool. The pool was also very nice and big with a splash pad and playground.

We’ll be back

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed! We took advantage of everything that came with it: BBQ, fire pit, golf cart and bikes! Great location to visit the various beaches in the area. Close to downtown too!

Fantastic getaway

The house had everything we needed and more with plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart was a big hit making trips to the beach, pool, candy and ice cream shops such a fun experience.

The Windmark Community felt like a high end resort with its manicured lawns, heated pool, and elegant Christmas lighting. This home was perfect for two small families and we all felt comfortable in the open kitchen, dining, and living room space. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and we all loved riding the bikes. The final special touch was loading up on the golf cart and riding through “town” to the beach. The host is easy to reach, responsive, and kind. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

The house was comfy and had the majority of everything we needed. The golf cart, paddle boards and beach stuff was such a nice addition. The pool was great that it was heated this time of year! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and not too far from restaurants and entertainment. Overall would recommend!
