Our stay was amazing the house was just as described very clean, quiet, and accessible to all parks and Orlando attractions it was about a 30 minute drive or less each way. We stayed at Lake Berkley around the same time last year a few doors up from this home and it literally felt like home. The pool was perfect we were sad to leave. We look forward to staying again soon!

We had a great stay at this home in the Lake Berkley neighborhood. The house was in excellent condition and was in a great location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful home , but I do want to share with you a lot of your blinds are damaged , and we found two died roaches when we arrived and also your pool sticks didn’t have the padded tips on them , but beside of them things we had a wonderful stay Thank you Makeya Baxstrom

This property is fairly close to all the Disney parks but we preferred to stay and enjoy the pool and the lake. Very clean!

Beautiful home and location

The home and location perfectly fit our needs. The pool was great and the lake with the wildlife was gorgeous. The house was clean and each of our kids had their own room. The only thing I would change is charging extra to grill. We chose not to grill due to the extra charge.

Great villa ny the lake

This villa is in a beautiful location on a gated site. It has a covered pool overlooking a lake where we saw, bald eagles, turkey vultures, herons muscovy ducks, otters and cormorants. There is a nature walk around the lake to a lovely play area and volleball court. Great location for parks. Thoroughly recommended.

Multigenerational family trip

This property was great for our trip to Disney. It is about a 20 minute drive to the parks. The property manager was very quick to communicate when we needed a battery changed in a smoke alarm. Thank you for a great day!

Quick trip

Perfect house in a safe neighborhood. The only downside was the bed was not comfortable. Other than that I would stay there again and again.

Relaxing and convenient

Love this home, doing moring breakfast with the lake view at sun rise did not feel like cooking. Very open spaces and the gameroom was very entertaining. 30min to Universal and lessthat 9min to the closest Walmart. I do not only recommend, but in my next vacation I will try to book it again.

Great Location

The home had just what we were looking for! It’s close to attractions, restaurants, and groceries; yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the pickleball court. We walked around the neighborhood and lake each day/evening. The house was clean and comfortable. We used the pool and spa a lot. The pool area had nice outdoor furniture and was our favorite place! We really appreciated the view of the lake instead of someone else’s backyard. The pool area/yard also has privacy between each neighbor.

Breathe taking !!

The second we walked in, this place took our breathe away !! Such a beautiful spacious home . The lake was even closer than it looked from the pictures . The amount of wildlife in the area was awesome to watch. The morning we left there was a bald eagle just chilling by the lake !!! We will be booking again in the future . Thanks Shaun for everything !! If you do not choose to rent this home , you’ll be making a huge mistake !!!

Cute villa

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Prob one of our favorite houses. Good location about 30 min drive to most places we went to but for Orlando pretty common. Pool had one issue while there and they resolved it the next morning. Place was very clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space, two living areas so some of us could sit and watch tv in one room while son placed his Xbox on other. TVs in all rooms. Loved waking up to the sunshine by the pool. My only wish was they provided more cleaning supplies , I like to keep houses I stay at immaculate and was unable to without purchasing outside supplies. Recommend getting own laundry detergent the one they supply leaves oily stains on clothes.

We were a little disappointed with the game room. The pool table had holes and was very dirty. All but one pool stick was usable. The games in the picture were not all there. The floors throughout were not very clean.Everything else was awesome!

When we arrived the property wasn't clean. Garbage standing in water completely full. Swimming pool had not been cleaned and pump wasn't working. Dishwasher did not work. Bed Linens had something on them. We had ants in our beds as well as the floor. Pool Cue tips were broken an pool table green was torn in multiple places. Air conditioning wasn't working correctly and house was hot. The toilet in the master bedroom evetytime used had to be plunged. Amoung other things. The host was unavailable through the app as well as through vrbo. The owner of the home finally cane to the property on Thursday late in the day. We thought they we coming on Wednesday so we stayed at the house and no one every showed. They we stayed there Thursday and they came at 1:30. We went over everything that was wrong Shaun fixed the dishwasher said it was a loose wire that he had fixed previously. He seen everything else including the bed Linens and ants in the bedroom as well as issues with pool, toilet, pool table, air conditioning, garbage/cans and other things. He apologized and said these things would be fixed but yet nothing was. The garbage was so bad Flys were swarming. We lost 2 days of vacation waiting on someone to show up. We were miserably hot in this house. We tried several times to message the host before and after the owner came out. Vrbo was the only person that seemed to care and they talked to me the last night we were there for over an hour. They are currently trying to help us.

Lake Berkley house near Disney

Property was easy to find and the keypad entry was useful because we did not have to carry keys. The house was comfortable, clean and had a lovely outlook over the lake. Some of the kitchen equipment was rather poor quality and some was in short supply. The cutlery was very cheap and there were no kitchen towels at all. There were very few drinking glasses and no plastics to use outside by the pool. Overall, the house was comfortable and private with a lovely view of the lake.

Beautiful home in a safe neighborood

The house looked exactly like the photos - it was beautiful. The house was clean and the neighborhood had a security gate that is staffed 24/7. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The pool and spa were enjoyed every day. The surrounding property was just as nice with a small playground and walking trail. Shaun and Claire were always responsive to any of our questions. The house is close to everything, parks, grocery stores, outlet stores, & restaurants. The only negatives are the hot tub is not heated after 10 pm and the air conditioning doesn't go lower than 70. The house has tiled floors and 70 would be cool enough for most people. These weren't deal breakers and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a lovely time and all your help Shaun!
