We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered with the bathroom sink, Wi-Fi, and TV streaming. We do not see that these concerns were reported to our 24/7 Guest Services Team during your stay. Our local Property Management Team would have been happy to assist and work to resolve them promptly had we been made aware. Your comments regarding the furniture and the other reported issues have been shared with our team for further review with the property owner. Please note that the hot tub, pools, and elevators are managed by the Homeowners Association, and we do not have direct control over their operation or condition. We regret the cleanliness and appliance concerns you experienced. As these were not reported during your stay, our 24/7 Guest Services team was unable to address them at the time but would have promptly notified our local Property Managers for this to be addressed.
