The sleeper sofa converts to a queen-sized bed, allowing for extra sleeping space. Off of the living room, guests can access the balcony that overlooks the golf course and pool.
The kitchen features a full-size stove, fridge, freezer, and mounted microwave. The kitchen comes equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and much more!
The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bathroom.

Other Things to Note:
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
