We always strive to have our homes cleaned and ready by our 4 PM check-in time, but during particularly busy turnover days, this can sometimes be a challenge. We're sorry to hear the cleanliness upon arrival did not meet your expectations. We wish these items had been reported during your stay, as we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team back out to address them right away. Regarding the water roach, our homes are professionally treated on a monthly basis rather than the typical quarterly schedule. Because we're located in a warm, coastal environment, the occasional water bug can unfortunately make its way indoors despite regular preventative treatments. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the community pool. Since it is maintained by the HOA, we'll be sure to pass your comments along so they can inspect it. Thank you as well for mentioning the stairs. The home's multi-level layout is reflected in the listing photos, but we appreciate your suggestion regarding stair runners and will share it with the homeowner for consideration.
