Unfortunately, there was a setback with one of our cleaners, which caused a 27-minute delay at check-in. We truly appreciate your patience. Regarding the fridge, our maintenance team inspected it and confirmed it was functioning at a normal temperature. We take all safety concerns seriously, but this is the first time we’ve received feedback regarding loose or unsafe floors. While we understand your concerns, determining whether a floor is truly unsafe requires a professional assessment. As for the payment, VRBO does allow direct payment links as part of their process to prevent fraudulent transactions and chargebacks. We understand this may have felt unfamiliar, but we can assure you it was a legitimate and secure method. We also offered a credit as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and extended offers for our cleaning and maintenance teams to address your concerns. However, we respected your decision when you declined access. We truly hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. Your feedback helps us improve, and we are committed to delivering a better experience moving forward.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, Shantel. Regarding the roaches, we understand that encountering pests can be unsettling. We would like to assure you that we conduct pest control services bi-weekly, and the building itself also conducts monthly treatments. However, due to the tropical climate in Miami, it is not uncommon to come across occasional pests. As for the freezer leaking water, this is often a result of the freezer door being left open, causing excess condensation. Regarding the toilet in the master bedroom, please know the lever must be held for at least 3 seconds for the toiler to flush. We apologize for the pan left with food crumbs in the oven. This oversight should not have occurred, and we regret any inconvenience it may have caused. We are glad to hear that we were able to resolve this issue promptly once we were made aware of it. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We value your feedback, and we will use it to make necessary improvements. We hope that despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your time in Miami.
