One bedroom and one bathroom apartment rental attached to the main house with seperate private entrance. Enjoy your private vacation spot with no line of sight neighbors. 2 steps from your private heated pool. Cable and WiFi are all set up and easy to use. Fully equipped with all kitchen and bathroom needs. Our set up is kitchen and living room combo area; then a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. Pet friendly for your fur baby to travel with you under 30 lbs. Just 15 mins from I 75, downtown Naples 5th Ave and beautiful beaches. 2 miles from a laundromat, Publix, Aldi, Walgreens, Chase bank and a bunch of restaurants. Were just a $12 buck uber or lift ride from 2 bars with live music and good food. Dylans Drafthouse and Whiskey Park. We have 2 acres so plenty of parking for your RV and boat. 15 mins to the nearest boat ramp. 30 amp service also available. Were in our early 50's and still work fulltime during the week and putz around the house on weekends or take mini vacations. Send us a message if you have questions or we can help you with anything . Upon arrival, the host (Laura) greeted the wife and I and made sure we were ready to start our vacation. She made it known she is available for any issues that we would encounter during our stay. Toiletries and towels with extra blankets were provided. The unit is small and cozy, but not too small. I wouldn't recommend more than 2-3, maybe 4 people to stay the night. There is a bed that sleeps 2 and a couch that can sleep up to 2 more. All the necessary appliances except for washer and dryer are provided including an air fryer. It's in old Naples so there is minimal light pollution at night, allowing amazing views of the stars. Barely any cars were heard in the distance. All in all the unit was what the wife and I were looking for in our stay. I would like to remind people that this is an attached unit. We did have run ins with someone living there. Occasionally when returning back they would be on the lanai watching TV by the pool but respectfully went inside to give us our space back. Just something to be mindful of.

We were down visiting our grandchildren and family in Naples. The house had everything we needed for my husband and I. The pool was the best! Being able to just jump in anytime right outside the door of the house was perfect! House is close to everything so we got to get around town quickly. The owners were very communicative and helpful anytime we needed something. We will re book when back in town!

Unique Find

The location is convenient to every thing. You do feel like you’re staying out in the country. Property is lovely, rental space is equipped with everything you might need or forgot to bring. Very clean. The pool and hot tub area is a great place to relax and have fun. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful country setting in a very convenient location to everything Naples!

I don't think we need to tell Laura and Travis how much we loved their place! We wanted to rent it on a permanent basis. They were great hosts, respectful of privacy but also knew they were there if you needed anything! The pool area is amazing! The inside area had everything we needed for our eight day stay except food and a few supplies. Quiet Rural Retreat

Naples as it used to be! Quiet/secluded apartment attached to host's home, we enjoyed the seclusion and closeness to nature. Loved hearing the sound of chickens and roosters instead of the typical over-developed Naples sounds of nearby neighbors and car traffic. Even had a visit from a gopher tortoise! Loved the screened-in swimming pool right out our door! Laura was a wonderful host, inviting us to join them on their excursions. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay.

Great Lanai

We enjoyed ourselves for 3 full weeks. We thought it had a washer and dryer in the listing but that could have been our mistake. The owner did say they were looking on how to get plumbing into a small area to add a washer and dryer. Sitting on the large lanai under the covered roof was a great experience for our breakfast, lunch or dinner. The host left us alone and we rarely knew they were there. The location is a plus and a minus. It is far away from busy roads so no loud traffic noise. Largest challenge for us was leaving the area if we got behind the school buses loading on the main street. Traffic would stop, and back up forever, for about 5 minutes. We would go back there again and recommend to friends that wanted this type of experience.

Nice Small Apartment with Great Pool !!

I booked this stay for a stacation. I wanted a little time for rest and relaxation and the use of a pool. I was very happy with the apartment and the pool. The host was extremely nice and a great communicator. I had everything that I could possible need. Will book another stay there.

It was easy check-in everything. We need the hot tub, the pool, the patio sets, the combination, kitchen, living room. Everything was so nice right down to the towels in the bathroom. It was just wonderful and going to go back and stay again

A Week in Naples

A unique setting, conveniently located just 12-15 minutes from downtown. A very quiet and private setting. Having a swimming pool and hot tub right outside our door was very much appreciated! The furnishings were a bit tired and uncomfortable, but manageable in this small space. A TV in the living room and bedroom was useful. Overall, the space could use a some sprucing up. The hosts were available whenever we needed them, and were helpful in offering information and advice about the area. Naples itself is a very busy and very expensive area to visit. We took advantage of our proximity to the Everglades to visit there for an airboat ride and swamp ride which was a lot of fun, as well as a trip to Marcos Island for a guided kayaking tour through the mangroves - very cool!

Amazing vacation rental

This was an absolutely beautiful peaceful serene place and a wonderful neighborhood. The Host s were extremely gracious and provided everything we needed for our entire stay. They also gave us lots of great information on places to visit and we learned lots of history about the area. It is very beautiful and I would go back again anytime. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Hideaway

The name couldn’t be better “the hideaway”. The pool was always the right temperature and the property was very serene and peaceful. Property manager was already reachable. Very beautiful place and would return.

Lovely get away.

This attached “apartment dwelling” is cozy and very functional for a resting place and work retreat. The owners were extremely friendly, nice, lovely to talk with, easy to work with and respectful of privacy. Being that it was attached to their main house, I was a bit nervous about “intruding” on the lanai and pool, but they were so respectful of my space and use of the property. It is surrounded by partial woods, feels very rural circled by other lovely homes in a secure and camera monitored cul-de-sac-type / dead end road. I loved my daily walks with my dog where we saw chickens, heard roosters and gigantic woodpeckers. It was a fun stay and best of all, it was less than 10 minutes to downtown Naples and still felt like you were a million miles from anywhere. Thanks for a wonderful working get away!

A perfect hideaway!

Laura and Travis provided us with great accommodations- the pool/patio area was so relaxing. Everything was very clean, nice touches with snacks, mimosas and privacy. We enjoyed visiting with them, this was the best vacation stay we’ve experienced. We’ll be back some day!! Highly recommend!!!!

Naples stay

The property is in an older neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet of the property. It needs some comfortable furniture. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was annoying. Either we were too warm or too cold. My husband keeps an immaculate home and was uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness. Needs a more stable unit over the toilet. It felt like it was going to fall over. A few more cooking utensils would be a nice add Our hosts were very nice.

Quiet and comfortable

I was in town for a work conference, and this rental was exactly what I needed. The pool was a great place to relax after a day of work, and the unit was clean and private. I would absolutely stay there again.

Total privacy. 10mins from nearly anything and everything 12 buck uber to bars and restaurants with no neighbors in your view.. Crystal clear pool ready for your enjoyment with a great outdoor space. Plus, we have excellent drinking water with our brand new water system
