The location of this condo is perfect. The balcony was my favorite part. It was clean, well stocked with the basics and we loved the feel of the decor. This is the perfect view! We will definitely be back for years to come!

The Kitchen, living area, and dining were very open and inviting with beautiful views of the ocean. The sofas were very comfortable. Having the hidden dining room bunk beds were also 10/10. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were clean and comfy. The bathrooms were very spacious and master bedroom had a walk in closet! My only concern was the laundry room/utility closet had a very bad smell. We weren't sure if the smell was coming from the washer or from the drain in the floor. After washing a load of laundry it would get worse and smelled kind of sulfur like or like sewage. There were days where we couldn’t really smell it and then other days where you could smell it throughout the whole condo. If the yucky laundry room smell could be resolved I would rate the condo 5 stars.

We have been going to pcb for 5 years and this was our favorite trip yet. Condo was very spacious. Not overly crowded and family friendly. Showers were dated but had great water pressure. We will be booking here again for next year!

Great Spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and met our needs with 2 adults and 3 kids. Loved the amenities the building offered as well! We hope to plan another vacation here soon!

Our family had a great time in PCB..This condo was beautiful with a perfect view. Impressed by the closeness of restaurants. Condo was very clean and perfectly located. We will stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Absolutely loved this place! The entire property is very secure and close to several bars and restaurants. The unit was very clean minus some sand on the balcony. All furniture was up to date and in good condition. Loved the spacious layout of the unit. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

The location and beach is beautiful and enjoyable. The room is gorgeous. However, we called first day we arrived due to a leaking garbage disposal (had to place bowl under to catch the water) and the toilet flusher was broken off. Said send someone right up. No one ever came the whole stay.

Family vacation

Great location, easy check in . Right by the elevator. Rooms are very quiet. . The mattress in the master needs to be replaced. That was the only thing.

Clean condo in a great location.

Our family had a great time here. Very clean unit with a large balcony. The building was also very clean. The elevators were fast, parking was easy, and the check-in and check-out process was simple. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the beach, and we also liked being able to use the rental chairs that came with the reservation. The pool bar also had a machine to get ice every day that was convenient. The only critique we had was that the drapes in the unit did not provide much light filtering, so at 6 am, it is bright in the unit no matter what.

Condo was great. Clean. Huge balcony with Gulf view. Sunsets are perfect. Garage parking is wonderful. Elevators are fast and has air flow. Outdoor pools are so nice. Our only complaint was the mattresses in both bedrooms desperately needs to be replaced We will most definitely book our summer vacations at Gulf Crest in the future..

Great fall getaway in PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great fall week in PCB. This unit with the enormous balcony facing the gulf was an excellent deal. The management couldn't have been nicer and the building was very well kept. The covered parking was an added bonus.
