My family I absolutely love this house. It is very pretty very clean. The peninsula is amazing, especially if you have kids the pools are endless with things to do and there’s things for adults too. It’s very relaxing and so much to do for the kids outside.

Enough space for 3 generations

House as advertised. Great community. Chris was very informative. We would stay again.

Vacation Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property we rented was in a great location. Unfortunately, it did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned/prepped between renters. We spent the first night of our vacation washing/drying comforters, bath mats, dirty dishes and pillow protectors. We also needed to vacuum mattresses that did not have covers and clean several dirty surfaces throughout the home that clearly had not been wiped down between renters. We even needed to reposition end tables that were out of place and plug in bedside lamps that had been placed on floors or in closets. The home itself was very nice and had a great layout (and wonderful book selection!), but we wouldn’t rent it again. We left it much cleaner than it was when we arrived.

FANTASTIC Property in Gorgeous Peninsula

We've stayed at many rental properties over the years and this was the most well-equipped. Even my 3 year old was singing "I love this house" within a day of our arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the master bedroom). Kitchen is great. LOVED the location -- especially Serenity Circle. The Peninsula is a fantastic vacation destination, especially for families. We loved the wave pool and adult pool, gym, and general grounds. The pool bar / Terrace Grille have great food and service. Only wish it was slightly closer to Rehobeth -- took about 30 - 35 mins during the week). Will be back!

Great House for a Fun Joint Family Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year staying at this property because we love the Peninsula, house, and property. Its spacious and well furnished. Love the new couch and living area improvements! Cant beat the Serenity Circle location.
