Welcome to our lovely clean and disinfected 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of New Providence just a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful Junkanoo Beach and a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area. We provide all the necessary amenities and an authentic cultural ambiance. The apartment offers air conditioning, free WiFi, personal parking, TV and firestick, kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, beach towels, tea and coffee and more!

Great Stay!

What a perfect property! It searved it's purpose! Sharon recommend taxis drivers and they were surper helpful and kind! We walked most of the area with our teens! The beach and Fish Fry were a 15 min walk! Into town 25-30 min! Sharon was so nice and always responded quicky to my texts. You are definitely in the heart of Nassau where the house is located. The Bahamian's are super friendly. We were able to have a late check out the day we left. Our flight didn't leave until 6pm that night, so we were able to stay past the check out time. We enjoyed the stay and will be back again! Thank you Sharon ❤️

Coming Home!

Our trips to Nassau are filled with fun and family. We chose to stay at this property due to its close proximity to downtown. Our host was always attentive. The place was super clean. We enjoyed our time and would stay again!!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The interior of the property was clean and well kept up with. The exterior the same. The location of the property provide vistors to experience both the tourist experience and the native experience. The property is located walking distance to one of the local beaches and for those that don’t mind walking. The only negative is the location of the property is near a main road and when certain vehicles pass the water drain it makes a sounds like knocks on the door. The recommended car service was superior service. Miss. Williams was resourceful throughout my family trip. But I would recommend and return to this location especially if it’s for a quick trip.

Simple, cute place

The house was as described and good for our party of 4. Property manager was responsive and friendly, although we didn’t meet in person. No outside area to really just sit outside, but it was hot so we wouldn’t have. Location: if you aren’t comfortable being outside of the tourist section or a gated community, this isn’t for you. We had no issues while there, but you must be comfortable in an area not necessarily populated by tourists. Close to Junkanoo beach, but we didn’t feel comfortable to walk the +/- 5 blocks.

I also enjoy showcasing the cultural wonders of Nassau to visiting friends and guests to give them a deeper appreciation of the natural and cultural environment that the Bahamas has to offer.

If you want to feel the cultural ambiance then this is the place to be! This property is well kept, clean, located in a friendly neighborhood with several nearby historical sites and is in the center of Nassau! Many key places are in walking distance and public transportation ($1.50 per passenger) via nearby bus stops are readily available . Rental car(s) can also be made available. The option of a personal driver and/or certified tour operator is also available.
