Summary
Welcome to The Bennett Haus in beautiful Glenwood Springs, Colorado! Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, that is a short drive (7 minutes per Google Maps) to downtown, and it’s amenities, but away from all of the noise. Enjoy the backyard with a large deck and grill. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, and family room allows plenty of space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs. The house is equipped with central air conditioning, flat screen TV’s and WiFi. We hope you make yourself at home here!

The House
The Bennett Haus is a spacious home with room for family and friends! The main floor of the home is accessible by only one step. The main floor includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub, living room, kitchen, and dining area. The basement includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room, and laundry room.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that is open to the dining area and living room, with a sliding door open to the back deck. The kitchen has all of your cooking essentials, newer appliances, a coffee maker, and gas stove. The living room and family room have large screen TV's to relax and enjoy after a long day. The living room opens up to the kitchen and dining area, making it an easy hangout space for everyone to be together. The downstairs family room has plenty of space as an additional gathering area.

Enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard and large deck overlooking the mountains. Both get sun, but have shaded areas to retreat and cool off in. Enjoy a cookout night with the grill and stringed patio lights. There is a full attached garage to store skis/kayaks in, or whatever you are using for your adventures!

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is located right off the main Highway and has great access to Glenwood Springs. You can walk to the local bus stop 2 blocks away or a 5 minute drive to downtown. The house is centrally located near restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. House is close to everything but provides a nice quiet atmosphere.

A perfect retreat

Circumstances brought us to Glenwood a few days prior to Christmas and we needed reasonable lodging for 9 family members. This property was perfect - a good amount of sleeping options, amenities that made it feel like home, and a convenient location to boot. Yes, it may be a bit dated compared to some of the other properties you see, but it fit with the community, and the price reflected that it hadn't just undergone a multi-million dollar renovation. Highly recommend the Bennett Haus and Matt and Amber, the hosts!

Thanksgiving trip

I planned a trip to Glenwood for Thanksgiving and my husbands birthday. The Bennett house was perfect and accommodated our large party. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and the full kitchen made cooking for Thanksgiving a breeze. Will keep this listing in mind next time we travel to Glenwood.

Nice Location

This location was good for what we needed. It was close to the activities we were involved in. The lighting was a problem especially when sleeping and try to figure out where you were. There was no hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen and some outlets didn’t work. Otherwise, it was okay.

Property had everything you need even a high chair for my grandson. Even spices for cooking. The only thing that could improve comfort is a cl9ser on the downstairs bedroom.great back yard and deck.thanks .
