Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in
This property is among the most beautiful we have experienced. Two decks for enjoying the endless views of the Jemez mountains and Pajarito Plateau. Every detail of "Santa Fe style" is here from the brick floors, adobe walls, to the pottery and rugs. Lovely kitchen had everything we needed for 3 meals a day. Very easy walk to the plaza, shops, galleries, and the 3 a day fitness center at Fort Marcy Park. Easy driving access to Whole Foods, Bandelier and the Santa Fe Opera. Primary bedroom was spacious and comfortable and had great views from every window- even the bathroom! On-site parking was great but be sure to empty your vehicle and lock the car doors. Our only less than positive feedback is the requirement to pick up and drop off keys at a location several blocks from the unit, and some confusing communication about "our stay in Ruidoso" when our reservation was for Santa Fe. We hope to book this charmer again in the winter to enjoy the 4 fireplaces.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful and positive feedback about your stay and the home’s style, comfort, and location. We are sorry for the inconvenience of having to pick up and drop off keys at a separate location and will look into this process. We also regret the confusing communication mentioning Ruidoso instead of Santa Fe and will review our messaging to prevent this. Your comments are very helpful, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them.
