Great place right on the beach. Condo is well appointed with everything one could need. Host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler,which were greatly appreciated. There is currently construction happening ( September) but as we were.usually not there between nine and five it wasn't a problem. Lots of great restaurants within a short drive.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!Our weekend getaway was absolutely wonderful! The condo exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and right at home.Marc was an amazing host—friendly, attentive, and extremely responsive. We truly appreciated his hospitality and willingness to ensure we had a great experience!The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The updated appliances and comfortable bedding made our stay even more enjoyable. The breathtaking views of both the beach and marina were an added bonus!We especially loved the direct beach access, peaceful atmosphere, affordable valet parking, and convenience of the 24-hour front desk staff.This was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some much-needed time away. Perfect for my stay. Marc was easy to talk to when needed. Condo was clean and had everything I needed for the stay. There aren’t any direct beach views, but the overall location was prime!

Our stay was outstanding. Accomodations and service(s) plentiful from valet parking, to an amazing concierge staff, key fob(security) pool(6ft depth), gym and beach access.

Marc was very communicative with us during the booking and during our stay. The condo was super clean and very comfortable. The staff around the condo were also very nice and helpful as well. Also, you are in a perfect place when it comes to restaurants and stores. I highly recommend it.

We arrived very early and checked in before the condo was ready but the cleaning lady was really nice and let us leave our luggage in the room, the condo was very clean and nice , it has everything you need to go to the beach, the kitchen is large and has everything you need. The valet service was good , one of them even told us some of the places that were good to see , the owner was very nice and communication was the best, explained the whole check in process so it was simple and smooth. We would definitely recommend

Clean and spacious property, very good location as far as proximity to beach, airport and activities.It would have been best if the full amount for the property including parking fees, key fob fees, etc. were included in the original listing. This way there wouldn’t be any hidden fees.

The parking and key fob fees are collected directly by the building’s valet and association, and unfortunately, there is no option for me to collect these fees through VRBO. This is a beautiful condo. The location is great. The bedroom could use room darkening curtains, for it is really bright in the morning. The balcony was unavailable even though we specifically asked if it was going to be accessible because we enjoy looking at the ocean. If you rent this unit, be sure and call the front desk to verify the balcony is usable. They are doing lots of construction on this building. Other than the balcony issue, it is a great condo!

Great location! Beautiful view! Has everything in the kitchen you need to cook. Beach chairs and umbrella for taking to the beach in the closet! Even a cooler was available to use!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, including great shopping and plenty of restaurants. The host was excellent with communication.We especially loved how easy it was to get to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk—just a short 2 Circuit ride away! The area felt safe and convenient, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfy bed and bed linens. Lovely apartment, easy beach access. Has beach chairs and beach towels for guest use. Great location. Valet parking was easy.

Host was awesome and condo was awesome. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented and would highly recommend. Great view. Very big with high ceilings, bed extremely comfortable. Would recommend without reservation. Extremely clean!!!!!

The condo was updated and well equipped with everything. The building was clean and the staff was great. Marc was an outstanding host who always responded quickly. I would say the view wasn’t good and our patio was closed for construction.
