This property was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed for our stay. Gorgeous views, turtles right off the dock! We appreciated the cooler and floaties, too. We rented the boat from Minns and they recommended a captain to take us out and it was so nice to get picked up and dropped off right at the dock. Beds were very comfortable.We loved ending our days at the two pools and used the hot tub too. The restaurant at February Point was delicious!We are already planning to return!

This was our first trip to Exuma and this villa was one of our highlights. The description and photos were accurate and the home exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and stocked for our needs. I had questions before we arrived and the owners were prompt to reply. I didn’t appreciate the convenience of being so close to town and many of the main points of interests until we arrived. February Point is centrally located and made the trip that much easier. Rusty Anchor was also a great restaurant just steps away from the villa. We rented a boat and were able to keep it at the dock which was also great. We will be staying again!

We just returned from an amazing week at Exuma Dreamin in February Point. This property was perfect for my family of 5 adults. The location is great! Just 5 min to town. And having our coffee every morning on the dock with the local turtles was the best way to start the day. Everything you need for a great trip is in this home.

The villa was perfect for our 3 couples. We were on the water 3 days straight, but the day it rained we enjoyed the comfortable villa and its porch. We cooked, grilled and and utilized lots of kitchen equipment. We loved the restaurant, pool and complimentary boat day. I would definitely like to return to stay here! I’ve been to Exuma 5 times and believe February Point is the best location.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Shortly after we arrived we went straight to the private dock to float and were greeted by sea turtles! Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with late model appliances. Loved the water dispenser and countertop ice cube maker! Also, we took full advantage of the 1 day boat rental taking it to the hot spots on Stocking Island!

The house was in the perfect location – I can’t begin to say how much we used the dock off the back of the property where all the sea turtle swim around. It was only minutes from the grocery store and the water rental place. Everything was exceptionally clean and a few things. I didn’t know how to use which were user error were quickly resolved by the owner. Would recommend this house to anyone going to Exuma – I think it is one of the nicest on the island!

We loved our stay at Exuma Dreamin! The villa was awesome and the prefect size for 3 couples. The outside deck areas and views are amazing. The water jug dispenser in the kitchen was a huge plus as well as the counter nugget ice maker and grill! And new couch in the main living room was really nice – which isn’t reflected in the online pictures. Having our own dock was a key feature for us picking this place so we were able to reserve a boat for 3 days and keep it overnight at the dock. There are also turtles swimming down at the dock which was so cool to see! Staying at February Point was a great central location and a quick drive to the downtown Georgetown area for grocery and liquor store, shops and restaurants. February Point is a great place to stay with access to 2 pools, 2 private beaches, gym and onsite Rusty Anchor restaurant. This was our third time to Exuma and we would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in February Point. The home was well appointed and the view was fantastic from all windows. No issues accessing or departing the property. Hosts were wonderful. I would return to this property.

Great location and view

This property is perfect for an Exuma getaway. We had 3 couples, every couple had their own bedroom and private bath. There is a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. The view of the marina and having a dock is an added bonus. We love Exuma and will stay here again when we visit.

We had an incredible stay at Exuma Dream'n! This property is perfect from top to bottom. We were a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and had plenty of room to spread out. So many areas to hang out - beautiful balconies/patio/dock area. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen for making breakfast. Centrally located from everything we wanted to do on the island. Lauri was a great host - the info binder was super helpful for restaurant and beach recommendations! Being able to use the pool and beach at February Point was fantastic as well! Would absolutely recommend this home and would stay again! Definitely a huge part of an amazing trip for our familly!

Perfect Vacation!

Exuma Dreamin was everything we hoped it would be and more. The house was nice and clean with amazing views from the many porches. We swam with sea turtles and touched starfish right off the dock. The house was steps away from the Rusty Anchor restaurant, pool, and beach. We loved it and hope to return!

The house and location was amazing. Had some issues where items that were broken, notified the owner, but some could not be repaired before checking out. Overall a good place to stay and AC worked well on our June Visit.
