Quiet Family Home

Great spot for a family trip, quiet neighborhood, and a great backyard. The house was very clean, beds were super comfy, and check in was incredibly simple. Would absolutely stay again if we were in Cedar Rapids.

Wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying here and our family absolutely loves it! Very clean, friendly hosts, many kitchen supplies, nice neighborhood. We highly recommend this stay!

Good size home, Good location

The home was a good size for our family of 5. The check-in process was smooth and getting into the home was easy. However, I did find that the cleanliness of the home didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, the home could use some upkeep. The neighborhood itself was in a good location. With a little extra TLC I think the house would feel cozier and more relaxing.Communication with the owners was timely and easy.

This has been our go to stay in Cedar Rapids

This has been our go to stay in cedar rapids for the past three years. Jim and Monica have a wonderful property- 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 living areas and a beautiful backyard that is fenced in for the Fur babies. The neighborhood is peaceful and only 10 minutes from downtown.

Dog Friendly

Enjoyed our stay, was close to our son and also to areas we wanted to visit. Split the stay over the week as we were also traveling to neighboring state for a few days.Host was accommodating with us leaving for a couple of days and then returning for the end of the week. Yard was great for our dog to run around in.

Great place for us and the dogs.. Loved that it had a big fenced in yeard. The home had everything you would need and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Everything needed

Monica's house was perfect for our family of four adults. It was very clean, well furnished and provided everything needed (except for bath soap in the main bathroom). We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well supplied. The house had two nice conversation areas (living room upstairs and den downstairs). The back yard was fenced for privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe as we walked it at night. No problems at all made for a very nice stay.

Amazing!

We stayed here for about a week for our wedding on Saturday and could not have been happier!! There were some really amazing touches that made us feel right at home and the fenced in yard was Heaven for our pup!! We would 1000% stay here again.

Great home in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, the fenced backyard was wonderful for our dog and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

The house worked perfectly for our family and our stay in town for a wedding. The backyard was quiet for morning coffee, the lower living room ideal for watching movies, and the kitchen for prepping food. Thank you for your quick responses before, during and after check in.

Great Stay

Property was just as described and pictures were up to date. Everything was clean and in working order. Beds were comfortable and the host provided thoughtful touches such as paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, Kleenex which most rentals do not. While we didn't bring our dog, the fenced backyard would have been perfect for her.

Just Right

This was a perfect location for us to stay for a couple days, while we were in town for a Wedding. The neighborhood was quiet & the house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced in yard was also great to have since we brought our dog.

Memory Lane

My trip was for a reunion and it turned out to be a trip down memory lane. The home is beautiful and the neat part about it, aside from it being in a quiet, pristine neighborhood is that it makes you feel part of our fabulous suburban life of the past. Kinda reminded me of "The Wonder Years". The character of this split level is two-fold. Neat nostalgic 60's exterior, total modern interior, clean and well decorated! The backyard is just great for my best four-legged friend as well. Wow!

Nice home in a nice neighborhood

This home worked great for my friends and me. Plenty of comfortable seating in both living rooms, but no tables for beverages in one of the living rooms. 3 bedrooms on one level was nice, but not all bedrooms had amenities of a mirror or a bedside lamp. Otherwise, overhead lights in main rooms. There were cobwebs in both bathrooms.
