Letteralmente a pochi passi dalla PISCINA COMUNITARIA e dalla SPIAGGIA, hai un facile accesso ad entrambi e puoi guardare i tuoi bambini giocare da uno qualsiasi dei tuoi tre PONTI OCEANFRONT o dal tuo TUB CALDO PRIVATO. Per gli ospiti con mobilità ridotta, disponiamo di ascensore per accedere alle zone giorno e notte del 1 ° piano.

Tutto è a pochi passi da qui - una passeggiata di un minuto ti porta al molo di pesca vicino o al ristorante di Villa Capriani. Una passeggiata di 10 minuti vi porta al parco ricreativo che dispone di un parco giochi, campi da tennis illuminati e campi da basket. Putt-Putt Golf si trova a pochi chilometri lungo la strada e il campo da golf a 4 stelle più importante della zona si trova a 5 minuti di auto ed è uno dei 'Best Places to Play' di Golf Digest 2008-2009. We repeatedly stay here because it’s just THE BEST! They’ve thought of everything and offer such higher-end amenities with such consideration! Easy to communicate, never any problems and the BEST location for people with littles! The pool is community of course but feels like your own because it’s right there and super convenient! Beautifully furnished, SUPER clean (truly we go to Topsail yearly and have stayed in other places, and this is by far the cleanest upon arrival. We look forward to this every year!!!!

We had a wonderful time. The house, the view, the pool, the hot tub, the location, everything, fantastic! Maggie was a fantastic host who reached out to make sure everything was going well and even offered some local recommendations for things to do and favorite restaurants. The house was very clean and well laid out. It was everything we could’ve asked for in a vacation house. We look forward to coming back soon!

The host is very thorough, providing not only every bit of information you could need about the house, but the area as well. They helped us to ensure we could get groceries delivered and put away before we arrived, and checked in to ensure we had everything needed. This house easily hosted 3 families, with the top floor setup (wet bar) perfect for washing bottles for our baby (and a coffee machine!). The house is well sound proofed - while the pool is just outside, we never heard noises, even in the middle of the day when it was packed. The beach is beautiful and a quick walk from the back deck. Would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would easily rate this property a *10* The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and the location was perfect. Having access to both the pool and the beach was amazing, especially with our kids. The location truly couldn’t have been better!There were a couple of minor bumps during our stay. Check-in was a little frustrating because our number wasn’t working to access the elevator. That said, we were able to get everything worked out and it didn’t take away from the overall experience.On our last day, the pool unfortunately had to be drained because it had become too murky to safely use. While that was disappointing, especially with a house full of kids, the owner was very responsive and proactive about the situation. She provided us with a gift card so we could take the kids out for something to do, and she even followed up with us afterward to apologize for the inconvenience and for our interaction with the pool company. We really appreciated how she handled the situation.Overall, this was a beautiful, clean, comfortable home in an amazing location, and the owner was very responsive throughout our stay. The minor issues were just that—minor—and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

This was our second visit to this property. House has all the amenities you need, and really appreciated the fantastic set of kitchen knives which were actually sharp, which is a first for us having stayed in several other VRBOs. House is great, proximity to the pool and beach were also a hit.

This was our first time visiting a North Carolina beach and we were not disappointed. This is definitely the most money we have ever spent on a rental for a week but the house is very generous in size and the proximity to the pool and beach absolutely cannot be beat. We had small children with us and getting on and off the beach easily was such a highlight. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with anything you could possibly need to make meals and while we didn’t need the baby items provided, it will definitely come in handy for some (high chair, pack n play, even a baby monitor!). Plenty of seating at the large dining table for a big group/family as well as outdoor seating. I had a couple of questions and the owner was quick to respond. We actually couldn’t get a ceiling fan to work and she offered to have her husband come out to look at it but I didn’t feel the was necessary as we were making do without it, but they shipped a stand up fan to the house for us which we greatly appreciated.

Perfect Beach House!

Had everything we needed for a beach trip for our family. The location in the complex could not be better! Pool right in front of the property and beach just beyond that. Would definitely vacation here again!

Family Beach Trip

This is our third visit and once again had a wonderful trip! This time we had 4 generations of family. The layout was perfect. VERY easy access to the pool and beach. We would highly recommend this property for relaxing vacation!

We love this place

This is our second year in this unit. Perfect for our family. We love having the pool in our front yard.

Wonderful Week in beautiful North Topsail

My family and I had a wonderful week. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the place was beautifully decorated without too being too much and the owners were a delight and extremely responsive. The location is fantastic being right on the beach and the hot tub was nice to have with it being a little cooler. All in all, a wonderful experience, we would stay here again!

Beautiful home, with ample room for 11. Beach was great Lots of beach chairs and some toys for the sand. Pool clean and convenient.

Villas fan

This was our 3rd year staying in your unit. It is perfect for our family. I have been renting as a Christmas gift for my family and we love being right by the pool.

Great house for our family/friends vacation!

The property fit our group perfectly. It was modern, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials needed. The location was perfect with direct access to the pool and the beach. It was great to be able to easily go back and forth as needed. Truly beautiful views. We had a great time here and would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Rental On The Beach!

Absolutely pristine rental on the beach with the easiest pool access in the community. We loved our stay and appreciated everything about the house. From the thoughtful kid touches (even outlet protectors!) to the great selection of beach gear- Maggie and Kenneth’s place is tops. If we ever come back to Topsail, we will 100% stay again. Thank you for providing such a great space for our family vacation!

As Professional Remodeling contractors, we continue to upgrade the home every year for our guests comfort. We did a complete remodel including brand new kitchen cabinets , granite counters, wide planked distressed hardwood floors . Everything is fresh and clean!
We personally oversee the management and rental of our home for seamless communication and an excellent vacation experience.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We fell in love with Topsail Island and the Wilmington area in 2009 and we knew it was where we wanted to Retire someday! The views from this home and the pool/hot tub made us choose Villas By the Sea!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love being directly on the OCEAN and the great views from every balcony. We have a HEATED pool which is rare. It is great to watch the kids in the pool while sitting on the balcony or in the hot tub. Evenings in the Hot Tub with the ocean sound and good friends make forever memories.
