We are centrally located with lots of shopping and dining within a few blocks and close to public transit and the freeway - allowing you to easily get around town, to/from Boulder and Denver, or the mountains.

We would love to hear what brings you to the area and be hosts to your wonderful stay!

We believe in being thoughtful hosts and creating a place for guests to feel comfortable and refreshed. The newly built home has high-end finishes and contemporary stylish and fun furnishings. The home is managed and maintained with sustainability and cleanliness in mind.

Perfect

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We know the area so we knew the location was ideal. This guest house is perfect! It's new and clean with a nice layout. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable. We highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Perfect Place

We rented this wonderful house for the first time and could not have been more pleased! Not only was it exceptionally clean and comfortable, but the hosts were readily available if we had any questions. It is located within a short walk of Old Town Lafayette with several good restaurants and a lovely neighborhood coffee shop. We used it as our base for hikes in Rockly Mountain National Park and to have our daily breakfast at Morning Glory Cafe, which we love and anticipate all year long. It reallly is a highlight of our trip each year. We will definitely be back again!

Our guest house was meticulously designed by an architect with short-term rental use in mind. The closets are spacious, stocked with all the essentials for a vacation stay, and free of unnecessary clutter. The property is brand new and bathed in beautiful southern light, creating an ambiance that simply makes you feel good throughout your stay.
