The "river side" beach just behind the villa was so beautiful and so peaceful. The villa itself was well stocked and clean. We would definitely rent again! We had such a great trip!!

This condo is better than the photos! It had everything we needed, including a giant box fan. The location near the Boardwalk and the Club is perfect. We can’t wait to schedule our next trip.

Perfect location!! Proximity to boardwalk/beach was superb and very easy stroll to the beach club. Short drive or bike ride to Fresh Fields market. Mary is an outstanding host and extremely accommodating. We would stay again at one of her properties!

Enjoyed our stay. The back porch with its spectacular views, sounds of the sea birds and the soothing melody of the ocean waves was the highlight of our stay. Even the rains were enjoyable under the covered porch. The renovated villa was clean and decorated with a beautiful coastal flair. Best of all, it was dog friendly. The host was responsive to all inquiries and a joy to rent from during our week on the island. Thank you for a delightful first time stay. We look forward to our return.

Wonderful vacation home

We stayed in this condo and enjoyed all the sights and being close to the beach. We were very comfortable here and would definitely come back.

What a wonderful stay. The owner checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We watched dolphins out the window every day. The condo was spotless and located close to everything. We will be going back.

Very relaxing stay

I had a nice and relaxing stay at Seabrook Island. Just needed to get away from my busy life and this was a wonderful place to do so. The condo was perfect and the view was amazing! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and perfect in every way!

We had just lost one of our fur babies, so being able to take our other dog was perfect. Very clean and convenient to having a pet. Felt like home and look forward to staying again.

Wonderful location with lots of benefits and amenities to enjoy!

Our family had a wonderful time, we love the condo, it was cozy and the location was perfect. We hope to stay next summer as this was just the perfect place to be with the beach nearby and the pool’s proximity. thank you!!
