Just 5 minutes away from the lively downtown area and beautiful lake, and in a charming quiet neighborhood, the is the prime location to discover all the area has to offer. Enjoy the fenced yard and outdoor dining area on the back deck on gorgeous north Idaho summer evening, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding options for the whole family.

This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which oversized with laundry facilities. This home is cozy and inviting the minute you walk in. Enjoy parades, fireworks, Car d'Lane, a short distance to McEuen park, Lake Cd'A, Tubbs Hill, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. With ample space to store your things and a full kitchen ready for serving, you'll feel right at home here.

Perfect place forA girls weekend!

We had the best time and this place was so cute and a perfect home base for us! Close enough to walk into town and had a very nice front yard my dog loved! The internet has was strong enough for zoom calls. Thanks for a great vacation!

Awful

we had to have the police called due to the neighbor screaming at us for parking in our driveway, calling us names, using profanity in front of a 6 and 7 year olds but that was just to beginning. The garbage was overflowing, there were cherry pits all over the deck that we had to clean. There was mouse poop in the cabinets as well as crumbs/ dirt, the cabinet under the sink was broken, the sink drain in the bathroom was clogged and the BBQ was locked in the shed. Let me know your thoughts. Briana Quesnoy

Pennsylvania Ave. house

House was fine. TV does not show basic channels. Two bedrooms downstairs were not obvious or marked. Back yard cherry tree very messy and deck was full of cherries that we’re getting tracked into the house. Mid way through our stay work was taking place in the backyard and we weren’t told or warned.
