The house and property had everything and more that we could've wanted and needed for our family getaway. The kids absolutely loved the toys, games, beach items and sports great to enjoy :)The trampoline was a favorite in the privacy of the beautiful backyard. Loved the house, the clean spaces, everything planned and the outdoor shower. The perfect place to stay with your family!

First Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our first mini vacation at the cottage. It was filled with supplies we can use and very kid friendly. It had so many activities for the little ones and it was very beautiful at night with all the lighting. Really enjoyed it and we will be returning very soon!

Wonderful stay!

I recently rented this home and it was absolutely lovely! It was super clean and incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and a charming living area. The attention to detail was impressive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful cottage

We absolutely loved this cottage. Lovely upstairs and downstairs. It was great to come off the beach and relax in the nice backyard. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The beach is about 4 blocks away, but this neighborhood is very quiet. We would love to rental here again!

Wonderful Time!!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was very cute and had everything we could want. The fenced backyard was great for our beloved dog. Hot water outside shower was a hit too.

Perfect stay

The cottage was perfect for our stay with 4 kids (10 & 12) & 4 adults! The yard was amazing and allowed us all the chance to truly unplug! The house/shed was beyond stocked & organized and had all that we needed & more! The hosts were extremely responsive & accommodating. If we return for the Seaside Heights Sand Soccer Tournament next year, we hope to return to this property!

Great location. Fully stocked.

Nina's place was stocked with everything you need and close to all Seaside has to offer. If like us, you have a toddler who won't shower, a quick stop at Ben Franklin in Ortley Beach to grab a small kiddie pool is in order. It fits right in the outdoor shower, which was lovely.

Excellent vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. Anything and everything was provided, I seriously overpacked because whatever was needed was already there for us! Nina was always quick to reply when I had a question throughout the whole process. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing time at the Shore. Our host, Nina, was incredibly responsive throughout the process (both before and during our stay). The home has everything anyone would need for an incredible time (well stocked kitchen, comfortable living areas,extra towels/blankets, beach chairs, noodles, toys for the dog, outdoor shower....I can't name everything this place has to offer. Our dog was a welcome guest (beds, dishes, toys) and he felt as comfortable as if he were in our own home. In short, we had a great time and would definitely book here again.

Beautiful Quaint Cottage

The Brogan Cottage was well kept and clean. It provided all the space we needed. Nina was easily contacted. She provided a lot of incidentals most rentals don’t. Sheets and towels were provided. All in all it was a great experience.

Perfect beach getaway with our dog

We were in the area for a small family reunion and the house fit all our needs and them some. Ninas communication is the best we have ever had from a host, from the greatly detailed instructions for everything you can imagine to providing a fun and interesting backstory to her and her husband! Being just a few blocks from the beach was very nice but what really drew us to the property was the totally fenced in back yard for our dog to run and play and it didn't disappoint! Of all the places we have stayed before, this was by far and away the most dog friendly! Any time we come back to the area, we will definitely look to stay here again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought, care, and love the owner put into this property. The cottage was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and filled with thoughtful little touches everywhere you looked. The large, private fenced-in backyard was amazing for our dogs and beautifully decorated with solar lights.The cottage was stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need. Complimentary snacks, candy, bottled water, coffee and Keurig pods, condiments, toiletries, towels, and so much more were provided. There was also SO much for the kids to enjoy, including a trampoline, basketball hoop, ping pong table, board games, and books. For the beach, we had chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, and more. They even provided dog bowls and toys!The owner was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive. She answered all of our questions so quickly and even let us arrive early before our 4 p.m. check-in, which was greatly appreciated. When we accidentally broke a chair, she was so gracious and understanding and didn’t even want us to pay for it. You can truly tell how much she cares about her guests and their experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Seaside Heights, especially families and those traveling with dogs. We would happily stay here again!

Absolutely excellent property!!!

We have a large family with kids from 2 yrs all the way to 19 yrs old. This property accommodated every single need we could possibly think of. The owner went above and beyond preparing this property for us. The home is just a few blocks straight shot to the boardwalk. Overall this property exceded every expectation we had, we will be back every time we go to New Jersey!! Nina is a great host and communication was great! Highly recommended!!

Best vacation spot for us EVER!

From start to finish, the Brogan Cottage fit every need we had for our stay at the Jersey shore. First appearance... what a cute place, very well kept, immaculate inside and out.The dogs were so excited to have a fenced yard. And we had access to everything that we could possibly need. Seaside Heights was a good location too. Our hostess rates a 10! She was so accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return next year!

Daughters Birthday getaway

I must say as a mom choosing the right place to stay is sometimes stressful. But with this property I didn’t have that stress at all. Nina and Nick has put so much detail into this home it was truly a wonderful experience. They had everything and I mean everything that we needed and even things I didn’t think of was there for us to use. The home is so cute and we loved the decor and absolutely loved the backyard!!! Definitely would recommend this home to anyone proudly. We will be back next year for sure.

The perfect spot for families

We could not have chosen a better property. My husband and I traveled with our 3 children, ages 20, 17, and 13 along with 3 of their friends. Since it is two units in one house, we were able to put the younger 4 upstairs where they could be their messier selves. It was so nice to be together but separate. The house has everything you could want. The hosts have everything so organized. We had it all at our disposal between basketball and the trampoline, bikes, and beach chairs. It is decorated whimsically and nicely with a nice mix of modern and antique. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cool. I could use the kitchen easily to feed the 8 of us and the two tables outside helped keep the mess outside. I would ABSOLUTELY rent this property again. We LOVED it.

Sibling fun!

My siblings and I come to the Jersey Shore every October to celebrate and our stay at Brogan Cottage was amazing! The neighborhood was so nice and quiet, and the back yard so lovely for gathering around a fire to laugh and talk. The cottage is absolutely adorable, so cute and exactly as pictured. Nina made it so easy to check in and check out, we definitely want to stay again!

Awesome property perfect host

Nina communicated so well from booking to check out. This made using VRBO for the first time a breeze. The property was exactly as described and the amenities along with the attention to detail was perfect. Not your average shore house rental they have so many things for the guests to use for the beach and house along with the things you forgot to pack tucked away in a cabinet or bathroom. The house was clean and the linens were perfect. I could go on for hours about this host. I will rent this property again without question.

Beautiful and entertaining

Really fun and clean house. Very considerate. Had s’mores. Unique style, private, outside showers, trampoline, swing, fuz ball. Awesome place. Walking distance to the board walk. Only 7-12 minutes.

A Charming Week At The Beach

The cozy cottage is as delightful as described. It was great for our two families to have separate space and together time. We loved parking our cars and walking to the beach.This cottage had everything to maximize our time on vacation. Nina was a pleasure to communicate with.

Great location & Beautiful big backyard!

We loved the backyard with the trampoline, basketball hoop & bbq. Enjoyed all the extras that came with the house. Enough space to comfortably sleep 5-6 guests. Just a short walk to the beach/boardwalk was also a plus. Host was very helpful!
