Beach Bummin at the Cape

The property was very clean. We found everything as described. The kitchen has all the utensils however it would be useful also to have a tea pot four guests, who prefer TEA over coffee.

Coastal Joe staff was very nice to work with. The unit was very spacious, loved having the garage for beach chairs, etc. The second refrigerator in the garage was a great addition!We did have an issue with the dishwasher and the upstairs A/C unit, but maintenance was very quick to respond and make the repair.The only complaint was the mirror in one of the king bedroom bathrooms had been removed and no temporary substitution put in place until the new mirror install. So, no mirror at all.The living room needs additional seating. Currently seats six comfortably having one sofa, and three chairs.Overall we had a great time!! The complex was very well kept, great pool, beautiful beach!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well set up, clean and tidy. All the kitchen tools you need for feeding a large family. Use of The elevator was a godsend, as groceries had to go up to the top floor, and stairs were not an option for our older family members. We opted not to use the gas grill as it needed cleaning. Note at the pool: be very careful walking. It is easy to miss the step from the seating to the pool, and possibly fall.

We enjoyed a multi-generational vacation and this property offered what we needed for the youngest to the oldest. The elevator was quite helpful. The location was great.

The balcony railing on the 4th floor was very loose and we were afraid to let our2 & 4 year old grandchildren out there. The bolts had worked out of the concrete. Really need a half door or baby gate on top floor at stairs. elevator only worked 3 days. Need a ramp down at the beach instead of just stairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and well appointed. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, great view. The pool was clean and close. There are four floors. First floor (ground)-garage. Second and third floors-two bedrooms with baths each floor. Fourth floor-kitchen and living room. Do bring all your groceries with you. Every kitchen gadget was there. The non stick pots and pans are pealing. The elevator worked well for our disabled child. The state park has a free motorized beach wheelchair. The provided beach umbrellas and chairs were helpful. Riding horses on the beach with RockinMRanch was fun. Dinner in St. Joe at The Brick Wall was delicious. We didn't need to call Coastal Joes, everything was good!

Coastal Joe was very responsive to our needs. My only complaint is the Ring doorbell. It felt like an evasion of privacy.
