This property was located in a very nice, friendly, safe neighborhood with easy freeway access. Very close to many excellent restaurants, beaches and Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack. The ADU was beautiful, bright, nicely furnished with a great kitchen. Street parking was always available. Loved that it is pet friendly. One of the best rentals I've stay at and would love to stay there again.

This was a quiet, pet friendly, and spacious backyard accessory unit. Great option for a couple of small family with modern appliances and multiple areas to work and hang out.

Very nice, clean functional guesthouse. A perfect place to base an extended stay in Solana Beach.

It’s a really beautiful, light and airy place. We enjoyed our 2month stay there very much. I had several significant miscommunications with the property manager (a realty company). They did not take adequate consideration of our requests to book the unit for the next year. (The nearby property owners were very nice).

Outstanding!

The property is located in a quiet area of Solana Beach and is accurately portrayed. We very much enjoyed being close to everything including the beach, shopping, and San Diego. The unit is wonderfully decorated, spacious, and well equipped for cooking, working, etc. Would stay again without any reservations.

Peaceful Getaway in quiet neighborhood

Lovely quest house tucked away in the back area of the property. Lots of privacy and very quiet. Home was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Great location near 101 Solana Beach/Del Mar in a quiet cute neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Nice little fenced area for the dog. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. The only thing we missed was not having a BBQ to grill. We love to grill but we managed and the indoor kitchen was well equipped. Recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable place near the coast.

House is beautiful with lovely great room. Having only Netflix for TV is a problem. No local or national news.Queen bed is horrible, way too soft. We took turns sleeping on the couch. Internet was very slow if at all avail. Back "fenced" yard was ridiculous. Kitchen didn't have a blender and minimal cooking gear.Washer and dryer were great, nice refrigerator and dishwasher. Beautiful cabinets and decor.

Great location and cute place

This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. My husband was having some back issues and couldn't deal with the queen, so he slept on the couch for a whole week. I would not have booked it if I had paid attention to that part! Also note that parking is on the street at the bottom of a fairly long driveway. It was fine for us, but might not be for everyone. No contact from owner or manager during our stay but we did not have issues, so it was Ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, clean & convenient. We were very comfortable & had all the comforts of home. The owners were very kind and fixed a maintenance issue immediately on Christmas eve which I'm sure wasn't easy for them. The only recommendation we have is curtains that would allow for more privacy in the living room.

Beautiful Bungalow

Excellent place to stay! Working trip for me so being close to the track was a plus. Locked myself out the first night so pay attention to the info on small stickers on the door! Note the street parking details and walk to house but really not that bad. Owners responded to any needs/issues promptly. I’ll be back to this place on my next Del Mar project!
