Home Away Stay and Play is a 3 bed 2.5 bath home. The main floor is fully accessible. In the kitchen, you will find all cooking essentials to prepare meals for any size group. There is a BBQ grill outside on the back patio also available to use. You will have access to the community pool that is heated all year round. As well as, the community clubhouse with a gym and game room. Each room is comfortable and cozy and would be the perfect place for a friend or family gathering!

Home Away Stay and Play is your home away from home. In the living room, there is plenty of seating with a flat-screen TV. The main floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and a fully accessible bathroom. Upstairs, there is an additional seating area with a TV. Upstairs also has two bedrooms, one room with a king bed and the other with two twins. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.

Guests will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which is located just a short walk from the property. At the clubhouse, you will find two pools, two hot tubs, and foosball tables in the game rooms. You will also have access to the clubhouse gym. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, hot tubs to 102 degrees, exercise room, playground, and fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park. To access these amenities you will need the key that is provided and can be located in the home. Owners do lock one hall closet which cannot be accessed. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go from the property as you please during your stay.
A signed lease agreement and a refundable security deposit is required.
