This was our fourth stay on this lovely property, the location is perfect, the layout is great for multigenerational family gatherings.

Wonderful Place!

Our stay was perfect for family. It’s very private with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean and just a very short stroll to a swim-able beach. We paddle boarded, kayaked, fished, snorkeled, swam and just relaxed a lot. The community club is beautiful too with a great lap pool, steam room, sauna etc. Groceries are nearby and it’s just a short stroll or drive to restaurants and adjacent hotels for meals out or just a coffee. Kris, the property manager was very quick to respond to a few basic questions we had. The house is a gorgeous and very well thought out. Thanks for hosting and we hope to return.

Wonderful luxury vacation villa on the Big Island!

What an absolutely gorgeous home and perfect gathering space for family and friends! The home is gorgeously decorated and very spacious, each bedroom is beautifully appointed and has its’ own sense of total privacy (bedrooms other than master have their own separate entrances around the courtyard), and the back patio/pool/hot tub area has numerous seating and gathering areas to enjoy time together and soak in the stunning ocean views. The larger property has a larger pool just a minute’s walk away from them home (along with gym, which though we didn’t use looked great), and another minute beyond that a beach cove for ocean swimming (shared with the Fairmont Orchid, so chairs must be rented through them - we decided to just enjoy the lovely pools at the house and on the property instead). This property provided the perfect luxurious home base for our group of 9 - though we did explore the island and do some outside activities, our favorite times were just being all together at what truly felt like a home away from home. Will absolutely be back if/when our travels bring us back to the Big Island!

Family Gathering w/ Kids

Great house and location. The nearby beach (2 min walk) is perfect for kids and snorkeling. We cooked Thanksgiving ourselves as well as hired a chef on another night--- the kitchen served us well.

Slice of paradise

Our family had the most wonderful week enjoying this beautiful property. Best of both worlds… Your own private home and pool/spa with resort amenities nearby. Loved that there were individual AC units for each bedroom. The views were the best I’ve ever seen. Would highly recommend.
