Home was great! Perfectly situated on the Cape. The house was clean and the decor was very appealing. Access to the private beach was a definite plus. When we head this way again we will most certainly reach out!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this home! Everything was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the private beach access and movies on the screened porch. Definitely 10/10! The host was gracious and very responsive! Would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was super clean and well-appointed. We also loved the understated but beachy decor throughout. The access to the private beach was a game changer. Sitting on the beach was a lovely way to end each day. The owners were friendly and responsive, and the sweet welcome gift was much-appreciated! The walk-in shower was also much-appreciated by my cane-using mom.We would love to stay here again!

Great location and lots to do in the area. Plenty of brochures, great book to provide household details. Sean and Jeanne were very responsive to texts and questions. Loved the walk to the private beach.

Jeanne and Seán were exceptional hosts! Their home contains all the “creature comforts” so that it truly feels like your home away from home! Additionally, the home was very spacious with two full bathrooms! The coastal/nautical themed decor was a very nice touch! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Hosts go out of their way to communicate and accommodate. Lots of special touches, kitchen equipped as good as my own, lovely screened in porch.

Family Vacation

House was beautiful, clean and close to everything. We loved to porch. Our favorite beach was Seagull Beach,3 minute drive.

Great stay on the Cape!

The property was very clean and well appointed. We didnt use the private beach, but it looked small but nice, and parking is included. Outdoor shower was nice and handy, to get everyone ready more quickly. Overall, a very nice home away from home!

Overall, this was a great location for beachfront access (private and public) and various local businesses, restaurants and attractions. I booked this for a family trip and it was perfectly suitable for a family of four to stay comfortably. Jeanne and Sean were easily reachable for questions about the ins and out of the property and surrounding areas. It definitely put me at ease knowing things could be addressed right away should there be a problem. We would definitely come back here again should it be available during the summer! It really made our experience at Cape Cod worth while.

Excellence on Exeter Road

From beginning to end Seàn & Jeanne’s home was the perfect summer getaway. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach, restaurants, golf courses, and antique shops. Sean & Jeanne quickly responded to any questions we had. We look forward to returning.

Nice home very comfortable and clean

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this home, the owners were helpful to us in every way. The location is great, right off Route 28 (although traffic is always an issue on 28 if you've going the Cape as long as I have), which make it easy to get to Hyannis or to Route 6 if you are heading to Orleans, Nauset Beach, Wellfleet etc. Overall, I would recommend this property to couples and couples with children, I believe they would be happy with this choice.

Wonderful West Yarmouth home

My family and I had a great experience at Sean and Jeanne’s Cape house. The location is easy to access and a short walk to the beach. The home itself has a wide open kitchen, dining, and living room was great for keeping track of our young kids. The central air and laundry were key for keeping everyone cool and clean. And the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Outstanding property and amenities

Perfectly charming home with so many options for relaxing, entertaining, activities and meals. Fully equipped kitchen with every imaginable appliance and tool, pots and pans and even supplies. TVs (Roku!) for cable or stream your own, including one in the master bedroom and a big one in the living room and another in the screened porch. BBQ available and ready for grilling. Breezy home with ice cold AC and lots of natural light. I could go on and on. The area is very central and close to beaches and shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and extra bedding, even the furniture was super comfortable. You’ll be glad you chose this property. Hosts are super nice. We had a great stay and saved lots of money by cooking and grilling. Local restaurants that the hosts provided menus were all high quality and affordable.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was extremely clean and well decorated. There was everything we needed to cook on the grill. The private beach was .5 miles down the road which we used to relax and see the sunset. Definitely plan to go back

Great house

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. Very clean! We used the screened in porch every night. We rode bikes to seagull beach and walked to ice cream every night.

Perfect Cape Cod getaway

This lovely home was welcoming in every way! It was perfect for 4 people -comfy bedrooms with plenty of closet and drawer space; super clean bathrooms and a fantastic well-equipped kitchen ready for cooking with basic ingredients -olive oils, spices-available and ready to use. The hosts generously provided a snack basket including chips and bottled waters and coffee for the morning...and a gift card for a local ice cream shop! Outdoor shower and screened in porch were a lovely bonus; private beach is an easy walk and very family friendly. Location was perfect. My only suggestions for improvement are that better instructions be provided for the NEST thermostat...if you never used one it can be a little challenging ... and a large non-stick skillet would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Hosts were amazing and very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Convinient location, newly renovated house

The house is located in a nice neighborhood and there are several beaches within the walking distance. Kids may enjoy an inflatable water park in the main street. In addition it's great place to explore Cape code, Hyaniss ferries are as well as the main Cake code highway are 10 minutes away.
