Great kitchen and dining room seating for 8 people and an additional breakfast bar, 2 Full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, including a master. A Large wrap around deck, great for relaxing, cooking out and enjoying nature! A five burner gas grill and charcoal grill are included. A hot tub for a fun and relaxing way to connect with family and friends ! . This home is perfect for your next vacation! Conveniently located in a community with a Clubhouse, Beach, Lake, Pool & Playground. If winter sports are your forte, this home is a mere 10 minutes from Jack Frost/Big Boulder. Come enjoy all the Pocono attractions such as paint ball, snow mobie, hiking, biking, rafting, boating, fishing and hunting. Jim Thorpe is 15 mins drive.
Come and enjoy the 4 seasons living of the Poconos! . This home provides fresh linens and towels. Eight complimentary guest badges are included to access amenities.. Extra 6 badges can be purchased at the boat rental office only. Any lost badge will incur 100$ penalty.
Any extra guest passes are not guaranteed and are not controlled by us. They are solely distributed by the community office subject to their availability & community rules at the time of your stay. Guest badges can only be purchased on Saturdays Sundays through father's day weekend. Beginning after Father's day weekend they can be purchased both weekdays &weekends throughout summer season Extra Badges cannot be purchased after laborDay weekend.

House was roomy with plenty of space to separate out different groups. Bedrooms both upstairs and down provided lots of space for multiple families and kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach was close by and well maintained. Host provided more than sufficient number of beach tags which definitely saved us money. Only thing to be aware of is the main floor is actually the second floor. Kitchen, dining, etc. are all on that floor, If you're cooking in, be aware that all of the groceries will need to be carried up to the second floor either via an interior or exterior flight of stairs. Not insurmountable but I'm glad our kids were with us. The outside decks provided us with great access to bird and deer watching. A doe joined us in the yard on our last day there. The grandkids were ecstatic. Great place to stay for a family vacation.

Well, our weekend didn’t go as planned as bad winter weather caused us to cut our stay short but our host stayed in touch with us throughout. The house is beautiful and so is the area.

The host was very quick to respond to any messages I sent, and gave information when we needed it. The home was nice, and served our mini-vacation very well with 8 adults and 5 children. Everyone had a blast on the pool table!I would say the issues were--The cleaning service was either very rushed, or not very attentive. The areas you would normally worry the about the most-the bathrooms and bedrooms-seemed to be taken care of. But it was very clear that some of the common areas had not had attention to them in awhile. Some of the things in the house need some TLC and up-keeping, but the host was very attentive to the issues we described.All in all, a good deal for the price!

Friends weekend

We had an amazing stay with our 10 friends and us. The house was beautiful and had all you could need! We loved the hot tub and easy walk to the lake! Our trip was amazing!

House is in a great location ...short drive or about a 20 minute walk to the lake/beach. The size of the house was great for our group of 11. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but house needed a deep clean otherwise. Lots of dust on the bedroom ceiling fans -- I mean, years worth! So much so, that we couldn't run any of them for fear that a dust cloud would be released on the beds. The living room love seat is broken as well. I messaged the owner upon arrival regarding the loveseat and ceiling fans but never received a reply. The house has great potential, but needs some attention to various areas.

Great location

We stayed with our group to ski the Poconos mountains. It was a great location, and the house fit us all. We would recommend and stay again!

Great layout and fun area

The house is laid out very well with a lot of bedrooms and a great room for lots of kids. We had a great time. We were there in July and the pool was freezing so just be prepared.

It was the perfect long weekend. The house beautiful, clean and very spacious. We loved the first floor with the pool table and bar area. The house is exactly as the pictures show.The owner Vamsi was very prompt in response to any messages and with communications prior to check in.We will definitely be back!
