Cabin was perfect! We booked this for our honeymoon to explore the Hocking Hill trails. Location was cozy, clean, private, close to the hiking trails, and about a half hour from Logan for shopping with a fire pit for our evening fires. We had a wonderful time and intend to return!

Wasn’t able to reach the heater. So I wasn’t able to turn it up. Also the heater would wake us up. It was so loud when it kicked on and off. Only let u know that u needed to bring own bedding and towels a few days before the trip. Too late to find something else to book. Left a day early to go home.

Sorry you had issues and these items overshadowed the beauty of The Hocking Hills Region. The ad lists the need for linens etc. at the very top of the verbiage. I’m not sure how you missed that but I can try to make it more clear somehow. I also explained the reasoning for that is I lost my laundry service and have not been able to find a reliable replacement. The automated welcome email from Vrbo comes out 3 days before the arrival date; I am sorry I can’t change that. Everyone that arrives at my cabins gets this email 3 days before arrival. Finally, I am trying to add an external thermostat to the heater that mounts on the wall so that it’s more reachable from the floor or bed. My apologies and hope I can make these improvements to avoid future issues.

The property is exactly as described. Enjoyed my stay on the property and hiking along the trails in Hocking Hills. The cabin was exactly what I needed to relax and get back to nature. I wasn’t crazy about the bathtub but after a day of hiking it was enjoyable to soak in the tub. I would highly recommend staying here.There is a Marathon gas station about 10 minutes away on the corner of 56 and 664. It was very convenient as if offered groceries and snacks, if you forgot anything.There’s a home on 664 that has a great price on firewood.There’s a pizza place next to the Marathon that was good. A little pricey but it’s vacation.

The cabin was fantastic—very clean and exactly as pictured online. Its location was perfect, just a short drive from Hocking Hills, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Daniel was an excellent host and Connie was easy to get a hold of. The cold weather necessitated a change in my arrangements, but Daniel communicated early and even gave me some ideas of things to do in the area. This is the second time that I’ve stayed on one of his properties and I will continue to stay in them anytime I go to the Hocking Hills area.

Very peaceful location

Great cabin for our weekend getaway. Host was very friendly. Bathtub was amazing after hiking and night fire. Very relaxing location.

Great cabin and very nice

Amazing stay, had everything we needed as well as being very clean. A few bugs but nothing we couldn’t handle. Also protected very well against thunderstorms as it was raining throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here whenever you want to go on vacation!
