We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed. Brian (the host) was fantastic—very responsive, accommodating, and incredibly easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay.We were also looking for a second property to accommodate our group, and although it wasn't part of our original booking, Brian went above and beyond to try to help us find another option. That level of customer service and willingness to help really stood out.The location in Royal Oak was great, with easy access to the Detroit area. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Royal Oak or Detroit area and would gladly stay here again!

Even had a crib and quality toys for our toddler. Absolutely 5 star top-tier hospitality from our hosts. Couldn’t ask for better. Booked 3 more times already

Not only is this house in a great location, it is such a nice, clean property! Check in/out was smooth and Brian is incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive. He also set out some toys, a high chair, and a crib for my young kids to use. So thoughtful! The flow of the first floor was perfect for my family and the upstairs had plenty of space for everyone. Absolutely would not hesitate to book again!

Outstanding!

This home was the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is of the highest quality from the finishes to the bedding to the kindness and thoughtfulness of the hosts. They thought of everything down to the last detail and even dropped off an amazing thanksgiving cake as a gift to our family (we were there for thanksgiving). Will definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

Detroit NFL Draft bachelor party

Fantastic digs in Royal Oak. 8 buddies in town for the NFL draft and though we didnt spend ample time in the property outside of sleep, it was amazing. Very clean and close to everything in downtown RO. Tons of space even for 8 adult dudes. Would 1000% rent again it the opportunity arises.

Highly Recommend 304 Oakdale

We loved our stay in Royal Oak, MI. The property is spacious, clean and well appointed. It is perfect for a small family gathering such as ours. It is also in a charming neighborhood. Our host, Brian, was terrific with great communication prior to our stay and periodic check-ins during our stay to make sure everything was ok. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that our birthday celebration weekend with family was special and memorable.

The property was clean and well supplied with everything we might need. Brian had toys available for our toddlers as well as a crib and high chair. We were able to walk to many of our wedding events and in town for dinner. We were a party of 6 adults with 2 little ones and we had plenty of space. Recommend this property!

Great experience

This property and host was great for our entire family. All was well thought out and everything we needed was avaliable. We walked into the house with a welcome basket that seemed to be made for us like they knew us personally. They even had toys, crib, highchair and inflatable beds ready. There were also plug covers to keep my little one safe. Everyone in the family kept saying this is the best place they have stayed in and everything that we needed they had for us. It was a great experience and we would definitely book with this property and host again!

Perfect!

There were four of us, all adult women. Needed a place to stay last minute. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating of our last minute request. Even let us tour the house before signing the contract. The house was spotless, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for food prep and linens. The location was great. Quiet neighborhood, just 15 minutes from downtown. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a mile of the house. Would definitely rent it again.
