A great space for a group. The 6 of us enjoyed hanging out in the space - so much to look at. Lots of fridge space. It is also conveniently located to Britt, Garner, and Clear Lake - great place for small town charm.

The place is exactly as described, would be really fun for kids with the arcade but as adults we enjoyed it too! It is conveniently located to town and Clearlake. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had and check-in was a breeze. We would stay again if in the area and I would certainly recommend it to others as I already have!

Close and centrally located in Duncan between Britt, Forest City, Garner. Plenty to do at the location with pool table, 2 pinball machines, Ms Pacman, and a jukebox. We were able to use the space for a small gathering of family from Garner and Forest City 1 evening. 2 Bedrooms, 2 refrigerators, close parking, it was a clean space, a lot of interesting historic articles hung around the place. Bedrooms at the back of the rental opposite the front door so quite. Multiple AC units kept the area cool. Larry was helpful and responsive before and during our visit. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful stay

The venue has been newly renovated and very clean. There is a lot of interesting community history on the walls that my family enjoyed reading. I very much recommend staying here if you staying in Hancock County.

Stayed here a few nights while visiting family and it was a great fit. It's an old store/community center that's been converted, and the history is the real deal — not some manufactured retro theme. There's a working 1960s jukebox, a pool table, and real old-school pinball machines. My kids had a blast. It sleeps 9, but there's table seating for over 40, so we hosted a family gathering while we were there. Worked perfectly — way better than cramming everyone into a hotel or somebody's living room.Place was decently clean and the kitchen is full-size, so we cooked real meals instead of eating out every night. With a family that adds up.Larry was easy to work with. Answered fast, clear check-in info, then left us to it.Duncan's small so you'll drive a bit for groceries. Not a dealbreaker. We'll definitely stay again next time we're visiting family in the area.

Always a wonderful stay!

We have rented this property for a few years now and every time, it is perfect for our group. Owner is very responsive and instructions are clear. Property is clean and lots of entertainment for your group (juke box, pool table, pinball machines, board games, TV, etc). There's 2 refrigerators and an oven and stove also. Recommend this property hands down!

Wedding rental

We rented this for our groomsmen to get ready for our wedding. It was an awesome spot and worked super well. The guys said it was one of the coolest places they had stayed. Larry was great and communicated well.

Wonderful!

Communication with manager was great. Check-in/out was a breeze. Wonderful location for a family get together and plenty of space. Full kitchen furnished with dishes, etc. Working jukebox and arcade games adds to the entertainment. Interesting history of the area on the walls for decoration. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Great community room

Very affordable and great size for a small gathering. Very fun for kids and teens! We loved the retro jukebox and pinball machines! Projector was fun but it wasnt very cozy to watch movies or tv. Interesting set up for sure, not sure why there was kitchen stuff in each of the bedrooms but maybe that works different for others
