Enjoy your getaway tucked away from the hustle & bustle of city life. Walk down to the river to relax and cool down. Nice mountain views when driving or walking on the street. Close to many local attractions and central location to everything the white mountains has to offer.

The Little River out back and down the bank is a constant source of beauty. When the weather is warm open up the windows and enjoy the cool breeze and listen to the Little River while you fall asleep.

You'll have exclusive use of the Guest house with it's own separate private entrance. The main house is not included with this rental but can be booked separately for larger groups. Please note the main house may or may not have other guests during your stay. Outdoor areas are shared. For larger groups please consider booking out the entire home both main house and guest house.

This home is intended for our guests to enjoy the peace and nature surrounding it, while respecting the neighborhood at the same time. Therefore we have zero tolerance for guests who intend to party, be loud, or otherwise disturb the peace. Any guests violating this rule will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be given.

Questa guest house si trova a Carroll e vanta una posizione strategica nei pressi di parchi a tema e in riva al fiume. A livello naturalistico, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono White Mountain National Forest e Franconia Notch State Park. Altre due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Mount Washington Cog Railway (ferrovia a cremagliera) e Santa's Village. Anche Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway e New England Ski Museum meritano una visita. Qui c'è proprio tutto per darsi alla pazza gioia sulla neve, ad esempio lo snowboard e i tracciati per tutti i livelli, oppure prova entusiasmanti attività come le escursioni in motoslitta.

Great place to stay!

We loved the listing, very clean, quiet, that came with a great gas fireplace. Place felt very comfortable, beds were great and we really appreciated the radiant floor heating in the bedrooms! Host was super communicative. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Close to Bretton Woods

Nice, clean, homey, well-equipped property. Kitchen had everything we needed. 5+ stars on the mattresses; the most comfortable we’ve slept on away from home! Great property for walking dog. Nice walk along scenic river. Backyard looks inviting for games and bonfire (in warmer weather).
