This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. Cita is an outstanding host and bends over backwards to make everything perfect. I can’t say enough about how she always goes above and beyond. She’s great at her job and a sweetheart too!!

If you’re looking for a place that is centrally located to everything in the Fox Valley area this is perfect. Bedrooms are large enough and having only 1 bathroom has never been an issue for us. We always make it work and we always have 3 adults. The neighborhood is absolutely stunning and a great place to take nice walks. This is our second time stay here and we will definitely use it again.

This property was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. We were a little taken back upon driving up to the property. The property is in need of a little TLC, (lawn, lots of "stuff" in the drive) and does not present itself well...but the inside was comfy and clean. Can't judge a book by its cover The neighborhood is safe. There is some noise from other units, but a little white noise solved that. TV was easy to use, and communication was excellent with Cita. There are very few properties in Geneva of this type. We did not need a big house, and this property was great for us.

Thank you, Gayle, for the kind feedback. The permanent resident in the building is a lover of plants, hence the multiple plants in the driveway area. But, she is lovely and sweet and it is a small sacrifice to have a happy tenant!

Adorable place, very clean and well stocked. It was in a great location and had great natural light. I was nervous about what upstairs sounds we might hear but it was not a problem during our stay. We occasionally heard some light steps or muffled voices but nothing that was problematic at all. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Great space with a great host

Fantastic spot for a two-day business meeting. Great Wifi and open space to meet and brainstorm in a private space. Beats a Regus or WeWorks for a spot for an extended meeting.

Cute rental in Geneva

Everything was neat, clean, and well-stocked. The owner was very responsive, and the location is not far at all from downtown Geneva, so it was perfect for us.

This is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I felt safe taking walks at night by myself. We like the location. Close to stores, parks, bike paths, commuter train, and major roadsThe beds are comfortable, the kitchen has plenty of dishes & pots & pans. Everything was adequate for our needs. We'll stay here again the next time it works out!

Fantastic stay - Cita was very kind and accommodating as a host. The neighbors were also very kind. The location is lovely - very close to local shops, dining, and things to do. Neighborhood feels very safe and low key. Beautiful town overall. The property was well managed, and it had everything we needed. Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Cita’s lovely Geneva home. Everything was so clean, well decorated and comfortable that we instantly felt at home. The neighborhood was very nice and relaxing with people walking their dogs and saying hello as they passed by. The two bicycles were a nice touch, located in the garage, for a morning ride. We’ll definitely stay at Cita’s home again when we visit the area.

Great Location and very affordable.

Beautiful area and easy access to downtown Geneva. My only problem was the window air conditioners, they kept my husband awake at night. We kept blowing fuses in the bathroom when I was blow drying my hair. Thank God my husband found the fuse box. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Low Expectations

While in a prestigious neighborhood, this property is not what we expected when we arrived. Garden level is basement with residents/guests noise above a huge disappointment. Too many other choices available in Geneva.

Very clean and cozy

The property was very clean and perfect for our situation of coming and going. The listing doesn’t show the outside which doesn’t have much curb appeal. If someone planned to spend much time at the property it might not be ideal especially outside.
